SENTINEL ALERT
SENTINEL        ALERT

THE MORNING AFTER

"I may have lost the . . . . .blah blah blah yada yada ya" rob freyer.

No 'may have' to it rob.  2000 votes is a trouncing and plain message that, despite your claims when first hired that you would 'remove Kitchens from the bench", my rebuke that "only the voters can make that call"fell on deaf ears with you.

If endless money and a perponderance of signs to the point of being LITTER could win political office, Laddie McAnally would still be a commissioner.

We the people are not stupid so quit with the stupidity.  Slandering a great man who has more integrity and character in his litte finger than you have in your entire life, resume' and bank account won't do it.

Do you remember the first time we spoke rob?  I called you in the SJC DA's office and asked you if it was true that you had been fired in Monkey County for showing up drunk on a crime scene.  You seemed a little irritated and denied it so I shared that I had requested your personnel file from Bret Ligon.

"WHAT ARE YOU DOING GETTING MY FILE?" you screamed into the phone.

I remember chuckling and saying, "Well if you don't like that, how about I get your file from where you are now?" and in ten minutes that PIA request was on DA Todd Dillon's desk.

I had already Gotten your Harris County file too.  Between them, I learned that you had two DWI arrests and took a 50 percent pay cut and was driving a hundred miles a day further to work in lil ole SJC.

The real downside to all of this is you making it necessary to take Todd Dillon out.  On a personal level, me and everyone I know likes Todd Dillon.  There is no doubt that he loves San Jacinto Couty.

Todd Dillon's morning after statement reflects a man of honest character and humility.  A man who wants to improve himself and learn.   If onlyhe had listened back then.

Exposing the Spread of Misinformation: Bethany Evans' Distortions on an Ongoing Case in the 258th District Court

In the heated landscape of local judicial elections in Polk, San Jacinto, and Trinity Counties, misinformation has become a weapon of choice for some political operatives. One such figure, Bethany Evans, a vocal supporter of judicial candidate Rob Freyer and past campaigns like that of former District Attorney Lee Hon, has been actively posting content that twists facts about an ongoing criminal case in the 258th District Court. Her claims, often shared on social media platforms like Facebook, exaggerate judicial errors and misrepresent the court's record to undermine incumbent Judge Travis Kitchens. As the Republican primary approaches on March 3, 2026, it's crucial to set the record straight with verifiable facts, lest voters be swayed by baseless narratives.
The Case in Question: A Single, Nuanced Reversal Amid a Strong Judicial Record
The case at the center of Evans' posts involves a defendant facing serious charges, with a trial scheduled for this summer. Contrary to Evans' insinuations that Judge Kitchens has a pattern of being overturned on appeal—implying incompetence or bias—the reality is far different. Out of 48 appealed cases from the 258th District Court, this is the only one where a ruling has been reversed. This statistic alone debunks the narrative of a "frequently reversed" judge, which appears designed to erode public confidence in the court during an election cycle.

The reversal stemmed from a pretrial ruling on a single video recording of a police interview with the defendant. The prosecution sought to admit the entire video as evidence, while the defense argued for its complete exclusion. Judge Kitchens, after careful consideration, allowed approximately 75% of the video to be introduced, striking a balance based on legal precedents. Recognizing a legitimate legal question—specifically, at what point during an interview a suspect is considered "in custody" requiring Miranda warnings—Judge Kitchens encouraged the state to appeal the decision for clarity. This proactive step was not an admission of error but a commitment to resolving ambiguity in the law.

Key details from the case further illustrate its complexity. The defendant repeatedly mentioned during the interview that he "probably should talk to an attorney," yet the officer persisted with questions. This raised a fine line between a voluntary interview and a custodial interrogation potentially leading to a coerced confession. The appellate court, upon review, remanded the case, instructing the trial court to admit the full video. They noted that the defense could challenge the ruling post-conviction if needed. Far from a damning indictment of Judge Kitchens, this outcome reflects the appellate process working as intended: refining evidentiary decisions without invalidating the underlying case.

Evans' posts, however, cherry-pick and exaggerate these elements, portraying the reversal as evidence of judicial overreach or favoritism toward defendants. Such distortions ignore the context and the judge's unblemished record in the vast majority of appeals. They also conveniently overlook that the case remains ongoing, with no final verdict yet rendered. Spreading such misinformation not only misleads the public but risks prejudicing the proceedings in a court that serves three counties.

Rob Freyer's Role: A Clear Violation of Judicial Ethics

Compounding the issue is Rob Freyer, the First Assistant District Attorney for San Jacinto County and a candidate challenging Judge Kitchens for the 258th District Court bench. Freyer has openly discussed this active case in campaign contexts, a move that directly contravenes Texas Judicial Canon 3. Under the Texas Code of Judicial Conduct, judges and judicial candidates are prohibited from commenting on pending cases in ways that could compromise impartiality or public trust in the judiciary. Canon 3(B)(10) explicitly bars judges from making public statements on pending or impending cases that might reasonably be expected to affect the outcome or impair fairness.

For judicial candidates like Freyer, Canon 5 extends these restrictions, forbidding pledges, promises, or misrepresentations about cases likely to come before the court. Discussing an ongoing matter—especially one handled by the incumbent he's seeking to unseat—creates an appearance of bias and could influence potential jurors or witnesses. Such conduct risks not only the integrity of the election but also Freyer's bar license, as violations can lead to disciplinary action by the State Bar of Texas. Freyer's willingness to cross this ethical line, perhaps to bolster his "tough on crime" image, underscores a troubling disregard for the rules governing judicial campaigns.

The Broader Impact:
Bethany Evans' actions fit a pattern observed in local politics, where she has been accused of bashing opponents without evidence, fabricating scandals, and using social media to amplify half-truths. Sources like the Sentinel Alert have documented her involvement in similar tactics during previous elections, including personal attacks on candidates' age, appearance, and character. In this instance, her posts about the 258th District Court case seem tailored to support Freyer's bid by painting Judge Kitchens as soft on crime or error-prone—claims that crumble under scrutiny.  That is why Truth Demands Scrutiny

This kind of misinformation erodes trust in the judicial system at a time when courts are already under strain. With the case still pending and a trial looming, public discourse should prioritize facts over fictional campaign rhetoric. Voters in the upcoming primary deserve transparency, not manipulation. If Evans and Freyer continue down this path, they not only harm their own credibility but also the communities they claim to serve.

As early voting begins, residents of Polk, San Jacinto, and Trinity Counties should demand accountability from all candidates. Judge Kitchens' record speaks for itself: one reversal in 48 appeals, a commitment to fair rulings, and decades of service. In contrast, the spread of falsehoods by figures like Evans and ethical lapses by Freyer highlight the stakes of this election. The 258th District Court deserves leadership grounded in truth, not tactics. Our communities deserve Judge Kitchens.

BETHY'S ANSWER

Hi Bethy,  saw a comment of yours that was forwarded to me claiming you couldn't get an answer as to whether or not I was the spokesperson for Judge Kitchens.  What a crock of BS.  When you make comments like that in a public forum, you may as well stand up, wave your hands back and forth and holler, "I am a dumbass and a liar."  It has the same effect.  Are you off of your meds again?

You and your ilk have done your damn level best to derail this election cycle with lies, inuendo, gossip and repeated criminal acts.  We have the evidence that shows you to be the 'sniggler'.

We recognize that you didn't know Shoellhorn was a criminal before you tied him around freaky freyer's neck but you did know Hon was a loser and a corrupt cop when you did the same with him.  The lure of having a corrupt judge withthe likes of freyer on the bench was just too enticing for such a criminal enterprise as you guys formed so it was, 'facts be damned, full speed ahead'.

And then the criminal Caruso.  The commie bastard thinks it is ok to hack peoples' stuff and do warrantless surveillance on private communications apparently.  It is laughable how gullible you are to fall for shoellhorns, "hey, I am a great guy, preacher, war hero and good cop and if you don't believe it, just ask or look at my youtube."  LOL reminds me of Hon hanging his election hat on Grady Woods being a self professed war hero that turned out to be a convicted drug dealer drummed out of the military as a busted down private after doing his sentence in the brig.  Now his wife, Jennifer is running for clerk.  I can hear Hon now planning her campaign, "If we can just get our corrupt foot in the door".

Jennifer and Grady violated so many standing court orders for child visitation with the help of Hon, Lyons and the biatch sprayberry it is not even funny.  Now she wants to be a clerk for the court?  Hopefully the voters of Polk Co see past Jennifer Woods' lies.

Anyway, as to your answer.  I only speak for myself and the oppressed who don't have a voice.  Like I told the Texas Rangers when the corrupt vajayjay Hon had me arrested and charged with those felonies.  I and only I am responsible for what it published on The Sentinel.  NO ONE but ME controls MY publication.  Yes I rely on community input and public records and requests but it is The Truth that is kicking your corrupt asses.

WHAT TO DO WITH DEEP DOO?
LIVINGSTON, TX – In a scene straight out of a bad courtroom drama, Rob Freyer, the controversial candidate for the 258th District Judge seat, unleashed a tirade of unhinged anger at the Polk County Judicial Center this week. Eyewitnesses report that Freyer verbally assaulted the Court Coordinator – not for any wrongdoing, but for the unforgivable sin of being nice to him. That's right, folks: in Freyer's twisted world, common courtesy is apparently a trigger for rage. This explosive incident, overheard by multiple bystanders and promptly reported to the Sentinel Alert, lays bare the man's explosive temper and raises serious questions about his fitness to wield the gavel in a courtroom where fairness and composure are non-negotiable.

Let's break down the madness. The Court Coordinator, a dedicated public servant whose job involves keeping the wheels of justice turning smoothly, had stopped by the polling area at the Judicial Center to chat with a candidate running for District Clerk about an ongoing case. Nothing scandalous there – just routine business in a building buzzing with election season energy. When her phone rang with a call from another attorney, she politely excused herself and stepped away to a quieter spot, away from the candidates and the crowd.

Enter Rob Freyer, stage right, like a storm cloud on steroids. He wasn't even in the area when she took the call, but upon returning, he plopped himself down uncomfortably close to her. As she wrapped up her conversation, Freyer launched into a full-blown rant, berating her for... being nice?

Witnesses described his face turning red, his voice rising to a shout, as he accused her of favoritism or some other paranoid delusion. "How dare you be nice to me?" seemed to be the gist of it, though his exact words were laced with the kind of vitriol that has no place in a professional setting – let alone from someone auditioning to be a judge.

This isn't just a one-off bad day for Freyer; it's a pattern of behavior that screams "unfit for the bench." Sources close to the Sentinel Alert speculate that his meltdown might stem from recent humiliations that have him seeing red. Could it be the exposure of his alleged illegal dumping of wine bottles in a local business's dumpster – a sloppy, entitled act that reeks of disregard for the law he claims to uphold? Or perhaps it's the stern talking-to he received from security for brazenly violating election laws by strutting into the building decked out in campaign gear, turning a public space into his personal billboard? Whatever the spark, Freyer's fuse is dangerously short, and this latest outburst proves he's an angry man on the edge. The Sentinel Alert has been told that a complaint to the Judicial Commission is in the works by one attorney who is furious. Maybe Freyer is worried about the potential loss of his bar license although he has not kept it a secret that he plans to leave the DA office in San Jac regardless of whether he wins or loses.

Polk County, San Jacinto, and Trinity counties deserve better than a hothead who can't handle basic human decency without exploding. Freyer positions himself as a tough prosecutor with "28 years of experience," but what good is experience if it's tainted by volatility and poor judgment? This is a man who, according to multiple reports, has been caught in ethical lapses, from questionable time sheet alterations to outbursts at political events where he crashes in demanding "equal time" like a petulant child. His campaign is built on bluster, but incidents like this reveal the cracks: Rob Freyer is too angry to be fair, too unstable to be trusted with lives and liberties.
And don't just take our word for it – listen to the chorus of attorneys who've worked alongside both candidates. From the courtroom trenches, the message is clear and unanimous: Vote for Travis Kitchens, the steady incumbent who's proven his mettle without the drama. Avoid Freyer at all costs. These legal pros aren't whispering; they're shouting it from the rooftops because they've seen the real Freyer in action – and it's not pretty

TRINITY COUNTY

WOODY UNDER INVESTIGATION

The Sentinel has written several articles about the corruption in Trinity County.  From the asset forfieture supply line for woody's 4 auction houses to the illegal use of county property, materials and inmate labor  for his political 'scholarship breakfast' we have been challenging any public integrity agency to investigate or as they say, 'follow the money'.

This last breakfast may have been the straw that broke the camel's back with woody's unadulterated endorsement of the criminal and corrupt candidate, robber Freyer pictured above.  Every deputy we know of disavowed any support for freyer and made it clear they were there for the food only.

Sources indicate that a major walk out of deputies has left Trinity Co Sheriff needing a few hands.

A major shakeup in the Trinity Co auditor's office over someone 'leaking' information has taken place.

All of our efforts at The Sentinel to obtain records from the auditor or sheriff have been met with a challenge and oppostion from the sheriff's attorney, Iglesias at a great cost to the taxpayers.  They even fought the records request of how much woody paid the attorney to fight me over the release of public records.  Every request was met with a letter requesting 'clarification'.  When I was seeking records on Chris Lima, Woody's golden boy that was busted by The Rangers for dealing drugs while in uniform, a marked patrol vehicle as the K-9 officer.  Iglesias wanted me to clarify what I meant by K-9 officer.

I offered to get a brown paper sack and a crayon to exoplain it to them and never submitted another request to Woody Wallace,  the most corrupt sheriff in East Texas.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
About a year ago I was appointed to represent a criminal defendant in the 258th District Court. The indictment accused my client of sexally assaulting a child in Polk County. The judge in that court is Travis Kitchens, who is seeking re-election. In electoral contests, tactics can be rough. Unlike sports competitions, there is no referee or umpire to make sure that candidates obey the rules. I write because it appears that a rival candidate and his partisans are crossing the line of an ongoing case.
In a felony case, trial proceedings usually commence with an indictment, issued by a grand jury. The indictment in this case is undoubtedly valid. In almost all cases, including this one, the grand jury proceedings are required to be secret. The standard of proof for a grand jury indictment is a preponderance of evidence, but that is a lower standard than evidence which, if believed, proves guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.  I would hope that most citizens understand that simplified explanation of
the criminal justice system.

I write because it appears that a rival candidate for the 258th District Court judge position may be promoting a belief, which is reflected in social media accounts like Facebook and Tik Tok, that a pretrial suppression motion I filed led to a ruling which unlawfully doomed a child victim to never having her fair say in court. That is not so. Let me remind you that everyone is supposed to be innocent until proven guilty!
I fled a motion to suppress a videotaped interview of my client by a police officer. My reasoning relied in part on the 1966 Supreme Court ruling in Miranda v. Arizona. Almost everyone has heard of that case. I have practiced law for over forty
years, and Miranda has always been an important case in my practice of law. I know the facts and reasoning of Miranda better than anyone simply “shooting from the lip” on social media.

The misrepresentation of what Miranda requires frequently has been a source of controversy, and various judges throughout the United States have ruled on Miranda issues thousands of times. In every one of those cases, a judge was called upon to make a ruling, at some time before a defendant’s statement is admitted, whether the constitutional safeguard under Miranda was violated. No one who knows how to turn on a computer should fail to realize that. Nevertheless, voices from the crowd with access to the Internet – which is almost everybody – can sway public opinion in an election. That is the nature of an election. Many times the allegations are preposterous.

Even if ad or social media post does contain one or two kernels of truth, that does not make the ad a right or correct when the overall truth is considered. It is, in a word, “misinformation.” While misinformation is the stock in trade
of Tik Tok, and to some degree of other social media, it is not appropriate, under either common decency or rules for judicial candidates, to stir the poison of misinformation into the kettle of political advertising. Furthermore, the persons who post comments may themselves have something to hide. For example, a post on Polk County Real Talk called the decision by the Ninth Court of Appeals “horrendous.” Another cites the final sentence in the Ninth
Court of Appeals’ decision and claims to represent the views of “#polkcountygovernment,” #Justice for  Victims,” and “SexualAbuseAwareness.”   What  people  are  behind  those groups?  Are any
of those people attorneys, let alone being criminal attorneys? Are any of them ex-convicts who might resent having been sentenced by Judge Kitchens? At least  one  purported  group,  calling  itself  “Polk  County Neighbors,”
does  openly  indicate  that  they  support  the  opponent. Commentators,  who  often  call  themselves  “influencers,” ought  to  at least disclose that they have a preconceived bias who favoring one candidate.  I have no power over Facebook, Tik-Tok, or Internet “influencers.” I simply ask the voters to not believe misinformation, which may be based  on personal opinions unrelated to any particular case.  I, for one, favor
a judge who tries to follow the law.
My phone number is (713) 228-0264 and my e-mail is winstoncochran@comcast.net.  Anyone who want to discuss the case with me
should start by looking at the website of the Beaumont Court of Appeals. All of the briefs and the record from the trial court are on file there.  Anyone, especially any
lawyers, who want to discuss the case with me should first read the briefs, then contact me. We can discuss what, in my opinion, are the strengths and the
weaknesses of the State’s position and my position.

Finally, any suggestion that the Court of Appeals is being unfair, or being infavor of defense advocacy for accused child molesters, is just as loathsome as a suggestion that a trial judge had such biases. In the real world of appellate advocacy, there is no court, no attorney, and no police agency which has always been held to be right. Reasonable persons can disagree. The beauty of the appellate system is that a higher court eventually can indicate what its position is. The opera is not over until the highest court sings.

2/26/2026  SAN JACINTO COUNTY

DISTRICT CLERK LOSES TEMPER

A simple 'like' on a FB post appreciating the bravery and integrity of former ADA Marshall cost a District Clerk deputy her job today.  The deputy stood up for her right to engage in social media on her own time at home.  Tammy got mad because she is openly supporting the corrupt Freyer and fired the deputy for insubordination

Tammy's hungover tantrums are going to cost the County a lawsuit it appears.  Don't bother calling Tammy tomorrow because, according to sources in the office, Fridays are adult beverage day.

This makes at least the 19th deputy Tammy has gone through during her tenure.

I can remember the days when both SJC Clerks' offices would have a hundred years of experience between the clerks in there.  We all knew them and they knew us.  What a difference a corrupt party chair and his wife have made in this county.

2/26/2026 THREE COUNTIES

The Sentinel has written before about the  perverted freyer self fondle habit of grabbing and adjusting his junk in front of female attorneys in court when he knows they have to see him do  it.  More than one female attorney from more than one county has complained to The Sentinel about it.   Now an honest criminal justice professional, a law man has made the quoted observation.  It is as if Freyer found a play toy at 12 and just can't let go of it.  Add that to his penchant for making every campaign speech end up being about sexual abuse of young girls and you have to wonder.  Even now his corrupt FB cartel is, at his direction, expoliting a tragic case that is in the courts still.  Freyer's political agenda is exploiting a young victim forcing her and her family to endure his political propaganda.  All freyer's efforts will do is taint the jury pool, give the defendant a valid reason to seek a change of venue and delay justice.  That is why the practice is an egregious violation of ethics that should cause his disbarment.  Just review the Christipher Olivares case to find out freyer's actual attitude toward  a confessed sexual child abuser.

UPDATE 2/26/2026

ILLEGAL SNIGGLE POST SURFACES

An AI meme generated with the intent to portray a political candidate in a false negative light with intent to interfere with the election made the rounds today ending up in the DA's office for possible prosecution.  Stemming from my story about Freyer illegally dumping empty wine bottles in a private dumpster just below, The tacky meme showed the incumbant judge and his court coordinator digging thru a dumpster labeled, "Rob's Trash'.  The only part that was accurate was that it was all Robber freyer's trash.  The witness who took the picture and submitted it to The Sentinel did contact me today and say they were willing to stand behind the story by name as the source of it.   I declined their offer because it isn't necessary.  Their credibility, the picture and Sentinel vetting are enough for a 'trashy drunk' story.

That all pales in comparison to the reports received from a couple of candidates and onlookers at the Polk County Courthouse today.  I am not talking about freyer having to be run out of the polling place wearing a campaign hat and shirt under his vest acting like 'the flasher' unzipping the vest at voters going by.  Thank goodness for the Election Judge who ran the little punk out of the polling place and let him know his antics would not be tolerated in Polk Co.

I am talking about multiple witnesses to freyer losing his mind and aggressively approaching and hollering at the 258th Court Coordinator just outside the courthouse.  Not only was the attorney she was engaged with on official business of The Court a witness, quite a few bystanders were astonished at freyer's 'loose nut' rant.  What a punk to get in her  face and holler at a woman like that.  She was minding her business according to one witness when freyer got up and moved toward the Court official.

COLDSPRING 2/22/2026

CRIMINAL SPOTTED.  pOSITIVE I.D.

One of the drawbacks of plastering your name and face on every available spot in the Tri County area is that people you don't even know can positively identify you.

Such is the case with Robber Freyer's most recent foray into the criminal realm.

Freyer was spotted dumping a bag of trash into a private dumpster on private property.  Granted, it is commercial acces to the front of the property but the property is private property with a private dumpster for the tenants to use and split the costs.

"It had just been emptied yesterday and I heard glass bottles when the bag hit bottom" the witness stated.  As freyer left the scene of the crime, the witness retrieved the bag and photographed the contents.  There were several empty wine bottles and then a ripped open Amazon Pkg addressed to Ms. Coconu-freyer.

Once again, not the brightest bulb in the box.  Commit a crime  and leave your name and address there.  DA used to stand for District Attorney.  freyer has changed it to the acronym for Dumb Ass.

BAPTIZED IN THE TRINITY, IN THE TRINITY, IN TRINITY

The weight of a single week can sometimes hold the grief of a lifetime. For Judge Travis Kitchens, recent days have been defined by a profound, double-layered loss that tests the limits of the human heart.

It is one thing to serve the public from the bench, but it is another entirely to serve a fellow human being in their most vulnerable, final moments.

A Final Act of Devotion

For fifty years, Judge Kitchens shared a bond with a close friend—a man who, in the final chapter of his life, found himself without a family to lean on. When he was released into hospice care, he wasn't alone. The Judge stepped into the gap, keeping a three-day "death watch."

In those quiet, heavy hours, Judge Kitchens was the sole presence, providing the comfort and dignity every person deserves at the end of their journey. It was an act of pure, selfless friendship—holding a hand as a fifty-year story came to a peaceful close.

A Second, Sudden Blow

Grief rarely waits for us to catch our breath. Only three days after the passing of his dear friend, tragedy struck again, this time with the shocking suddenness that leaves a family reeling.

The Judge’s brother passed away unexpectedly while doing something he loved—playing tennis in Austin. To go from the slow, anticipated goodbye of a long-term friend to the jarring, instantaneous loss of a brother is a burden few can imagine.

Standing in Support

In times like these, the rigors of campaigning are set aside for the simple reality of being a grieving friend and a mourning brother.

  • The depth of a 50-year friendship is a rare treasure, and the Judge’s commitment to being there until the very end speaks volumes of his character.
  • The sudden loss of a sibling brings a different kind of ache—one that leaves questions unanswered and a void that can't be filled.

Our thoughts are with Judge Kitchens and his family as they navigate this incredibly difficult season. May he find the same comfort and peace he so selflessly gave to his friend in those final three days.

FREYER'S FOOLERY FRUSTRATES FRIENDLY'S

In a political ploy that can only be labled as'fRoolish', the amature freyer attacked The Honorable Judge Kitchens about his age in a three county area around the lake populated by . . . . wait for it. . . . Retirees.   Many are the same age or older than Judge Kitchens and sharp as a tack still just like Judge is. Lord knows Judge Kitchens has verbally sliced and diced the youngster every time their political paths have crossed.  The most memorable was when the liar freyer crashed a POA meeting and demon strated his ignorance for the crowd better than any attack ad could ever do.  Freyer responded to a developer's pointed question with, "I don't know, I will have to research it."

We knew and even published predictively that freyer would send out another nasty attack ad liar flyer just before elections.   We never imagined the novice would make the mistake of insulting the majority of the voting base with his ageist attacks. Attacks presuming Judge Kitchens' depth of experience to be a handicap.  One old coot reminded me of Ronnie Reagan' s quip when his opponent attacked his age saying, "I won't hold my opponent's youth and inexperience against him."

I doubt the Retirees will be so forgiving when they cast their ballots.

At least two called my office when freyer recently violated the law concerning 501 c3 laws by bringing campaign literature and handouts into the Coldspring Senior Citizen's center.  His selfish act endangered the center's tax exempt status just for his political agenda.  Is he too stupid to know the law or does he just not care?  As John Nunn would say, "Neither answer is good."   One caller shared that at least one board member was in favor of the violation of law and got an earful over his error.

To me, one of freyer's dumbest antics was faking an endorsement from the 79 year old Trump and then attacking the 72 year young District Judge, Travis Kitchens for his age.  Every box of bulbs must have a dim one in it.

<SJC REP PARTY CORRUPT

Dwayne doesn't even pretend to follow party directives on neutrality.  He has decided that the SJC Conservative voters are too stupid to recognize his back stabbin graft and corruption or too crooked to care.  Maybe if we undervote his 'unopposed' ballot by skipping it, someone with integrity and character will run against him next election cycle.

UPDATE:  One life long conservative Christian and local republican has agreed to seriously consider a run at the party chair position.

The Texas Crime Syndicate Expose page published this narrative earlier today. I agree with the part I have republished here as I have written on all of these aspects of Freyer's nefarious and nefandous behavior in the past.

As for the claim that freyer 'scrubbed a murder for The honorable Robert Trapp and Sheriff Greg Capers, that is pure Bull shit. The SJC Grand Jury 'NO BILLED' the manwho shot JohnWayne Dodge in self defense and returned his gun to him. A prosecutor pro tem has been assigned to review it one more time Cincinatti. The wrong that Freyer has on that case is witholding the evidence file from the accused who has NEVER hired an attorney and has asked for the evidence files pro se. They want to go to court without the defendant being able to defend himself with exculpatory evidence the DA has and that the grand jury has seen and chose to no bill him. Why now is the DA refusing to give it to the defendant? Who is Todd dillon to tell a man he has to hire an attorney to get his own records?

A few years ago, FREYER, who’s sometimes referred to as ‘AggRob’ for his explosive tantrums, was accused of another heinous backstab. ADA FREYER used Polk County government employees to recover and make facsimile copies of an inmate’s attorney-client privileged information. The folder was clearly marked ‘legal papers’ and ‘confidential’. Later, at a proceeding where Gibson’s defense attorney Lana Shadwick and FREYER were present, she saw that exact file in the possession of FREYER, the state’s counsel. He was audacious enough to open it in front of Shadwick.
For Kenneth Wayne ‘Bubba’ Gibson, a San Jacinto ‘river bottoms’ resident, he’s been a repeat arrestee and defendant by SJCSO and prosecutors. In 2023, Gibson wasn’t just facing six charges. He’d been the victim of a violent jail assault that rendered his jaw broken. He also suffered a subsequent stroke.
The prosecution was recused with regard to prosecutorial misconduct against Shadwick's client. An Attorney Pro Tem was assigned upon San Jacinto’s District Attorney TODD DILLON’s recusal by Judge Moorman. All charges were dismissed against Gibson except for the state felony EVADING ARREST to which he took a plea deal. His two years spent in multiple jails equaled ‘time served’.
But in reference to the copied attorney-client privilege packet, Shadwick filed a motion that landed a July 6, 2023, hearing. The motion stated that ADA ROBERT FREYER ordered jail agents to search and seize her clients’ private records without a search warrant and without any citable due process. This was confirmed upon testimony given by jail staff and the DA’s investigator! That’s huge.
Had Shadwick not reported the state’s counsel’s directive to unlawfully seize Gibson’s records, preserving the record for appeal could have been gravely jeopardized. Her client could have also filed a grievance against her. By and large, sneaky FREYER wanted the Shadwick-Gibson file to assist in any conviction the state could secure against Gibson. FREYER’s statements made against Shadwick such as, “I’m going to get her BAR License” and “she just needs to die” show his spitefulness.
According to multiple sources, District Attorney TODD DILLON has had cause and ample opportunities to fire FREYER. FREYER’s demeanor is noted to be callous and vindictive. Meanwhile, FREYER’s jumped from job to job more than a bank clerk. He’s worked in both Harris County’s and Montgomery County’s District Attorneys’ offices. During those tenures, FREYER’s gained a reputation for being a weak and unprepared trial lawyer.
In a public letter written by former Assistant District Attorney Alyssa Marshall, she details issues why she left the San Jacinto County DA’s Office. Marshall’s February 11, 2026, statement was a compelling letter that brought awareness and empathy to the community for what she perceived to be internal failures that threatened public safety. Her letter is available to view by clicking on the following link.
Repeat photos keep surfacing of FREYER and his tippling vice. Public intoxication is cause for removal of an elected official, whether on or off duty. Drunkenness is a public liability with regard to the 258th District Judge position that FREYER seeks. FREYER’s bold move to exploit taxpayer funded employees to breach a defendant’s constitutional rights as a state prosecutor further increases liability onto the taxpayers. Do these continued risks benefit San Jacinto, Polk, and Trinity County defendants, litigants, and taxpayers?

NOW YOU KNOW WHY

Bethy Evans who was recently quoted by a fellowette reveler at the liar freyer fundraiser as saying.  "No, I am here by myself" and clarified, "I'm not political".

Then you take a picture of the Honorable Judge Travis Kitchens, who is a politial candidate and use some artificial intelligence program to exagerate the wrinkles, gray and unkempt look and post a bunch of ignornant 'non fact, "facts" on the bottom in a failed attempt to be poltiical.

Judge Kitchens is and has been fully vested inthe STATE, STATE, STATE, retirement system.  It doesn't effect or affect the local taxpaying public like you claim.

In your dumbassery, you have proven you are not political because you made your opponent look even more like a genius than he already did.  Also you violated the statute that makes it a crime to use AI to effect an election and lie doing it.

Yes this picture of you is enhanced.  Started with the last photo you sent, 'enhanced' what was already going on and voila.

FORMER ADA CLEARS THE AIR

Recently resigned SJC ADA, Alyssa Marshal has made a public posting on FB regarding the truth around the operation and issues at the District Attorney's office that she had to distance her self from.   A lot of folks don't mess with FB so we have posted most of her statement below as jpeg images that can be magnified easily.  We are supposed to have a text file tomorrow that we can publish word for word.

R.O.W. FREYER RIDES AGAIN

The only 'right'thing about liar freyer's campaign and tenure as the most corrupt ADA in SJC history is where he puts his signs, In the 'right'.o.w.   a tell tale sign. PUN INTENDED.  It is nothing I need to prove or get documents on because we have all seen Liar Freyer's signs in the Right of Ways.  State R.O.W.'s are illegal but we all saw him do that and twice the state has had to remove freyer's illegal signs.  Granted that placing political signs in the county r.o.w.'s is legal during certain time periods surrounding an election but what does that really say about a candidate?  If an abundance of signs in the county r.o.w. could win an election, the corrupt Laddie McAnally would still be in office.  We all remember the eyesore of his abandoned signs after his defeat lingering for years.

Add that to Liar Freyer falsifying multiple endorsement photos starting with President Trump on down, illegally placing signs on private property and what do you have?   A candidate with no property owners actually endorsing him.  That is why you see his signs in all the county r.o.w.'s and not in folks front yard.

When an acting ADA nails a sign to your wooden fence without permission that is also running for judge, do you just go out and take it down or think, "He is an ADA that can retaliate and God forbid, what if he does get elected judge?"

If freyer will falsify endorsements for an election, he will falsify evidence for a conviction.  Ask Bubba Gibson.

Yet another report from a private proeprty owner that had a Fritz Faulkner campaign sign on their fence snapped this photo of the "poof or 'puff' appears robber freyer and now F U joe Biden "lets go brandon" signs.  Neither of these lawless candidates had permission but just nailed their signs to a private property wooden fence.

EXCLUSIVE: PIC-POCKET ROB? Freyer’s "Phantom Endorsements" Spark Campaign Chaos!

LIVINGSTON — Is it a campaign mailer or a game of "Where’s Waldo?" Local voters are rubbing their eyes this week after judicial candidate Rob Freyer unleashed a marketing blitz that looks more like a high school yearbook than a legal endorsement list.

Freyer, who is gunning for the 258th Judicial District Court seat, seems to have a new strategy: if you can’t get the endorsement, just take the photo!

The "Un-Endorsed" Are Speaking Out

The drama reached a fever pitch when Dr. Robin Armstrong, a heavyweight in the Texas GOP, had to pull a "I don't know her" (or him, in this case). Despite appearing in Freyer’s glossy campaign materials, Dr. Armstrong has gone on the record to clarify that he has not endorsed Freyer—or anyone else in this race.

Sources close to the situation say Dr. Armstrong isn’t the only one finding his face plastered on a mailer or social media without so much as a "thank you" or a permission slip. It’s a bold move for a man who wants to be a judge—the very job that requires respecting things like, oh, the law and personal consent.

"Snap" Decision?

"It’s the ultimate photo-op fail," whispered one local political operative. "He’s basically using other people’s reputations as a human shield. It’s like cropping yourself into a photo with a celebrity and telling everyone you’re best friends."

While Freyer’s mailers suggest a "who’s who" of support, the reality is looking more like a "who’s that?" and "why am I on this?"

The Bench or the Bench-Press?

With incumbent Travis Kitchens standing in his way, Freyer seems to be trying to muscle his way into the hearts of voters by association. But as the "phantom endorsements" continue to stack up, voters are left wondering: if Freyer is this loose with the facts on a postcard, how’s he going to handle a courtroom?

The Verdict: Rob might want to invest in a mirror instead of a camera, because he needs to take a long hard look at himself and try to see if he recognizes any resemblance of integrity.

MEET THE JUDGE

The crowd was good, the music enjoyed and the great show of support for The Honorable Travis Kitchens is much appreciated.  Many of the good times were portrayed on the FB page Judge Kitchens has for keeping current with the voters.

Shelia Ann Music and Timothy Productions handled the logistics and brought the band but even Judge Kitchens got up and jammed with them on his bass guitar.  "It really shows his down to earth humanity" one attendee responded, "when he gets into the music and the good times with us."

Several who were there to enjoy the festivities were the Trinity Co Judge, The Honorable Danny R. Martin, SJC's Veterans Service Officer, Dale Everitt, Political pwerhouse, Patricia Marrs, Mr. Evans and his wife who, it is reported, has a great sense of humor and many many others.

Shelia Ann got the crowd going with her talent and charisma as an entertainer and singer.

The food was good and the event was a great success according to several that I have talked to last night and today.

Despite specific wording on a Sentinel Alert open records request for the Christopher Olivares file because it proves that the corrupt ADA Rob Freyer is a BALD FACED LIAR, DA Dillon witheld the damning proof of the Freyer lies.   In this case, the subordinate ADA had Olivares up for prison time, S.O. Registration, losing teacher certification, etc for, as a teacher, sending nude video of himself to a Jr.Hi girl.  Freyer stepped in as lead ADA and over ruled her prosecution and let Olivares go with a little more county jail time and probation.

We will bring the full scope of freyer's lies about being tough on sex crimes and protecting children.  Stay tuned as we prove freyer was the states attorney, reduced all the charges.  Search the DPS S.O. registry for yourself and see if you can find 'Christopher Olivares'.   My sources say that freyer didnt require registration in his version of a plea deal, but did not require Olivares to relenquish his teaching certificate.

The T.E.A. has so far refused to answer that question.

After multiple reports that Liar Freyer was touting the Eli Binnion case as a miscarriage of justice blaming The Honorable 258th District Judge, Travis Kitchens, I did research The Sentinel archives.  I found the following press statement issued by Binnion's attorney to refute the Lying Press release sent by Lee Hon to the publications that published Hon's narrative with no vetting.  Polk County Enterprise,  Willie Openshaw's Polk County Today and TV journalist, Ivory Hecker.

This reprint is of my own volition to bring pertinent facts to bear on the story freyer is slinging like a farmer spreading manure.  It is relevant today because the truth never gets old.

RESPONSE TO PRESS RELEASE REGARDING BINNION SENTENCING

RE: Cause Nos. 26,265 and 26,266; The State of Texas v. Eli Binnion; In the 258th Judicial
District Court of Polk County, Texas

Dear Mr. Openshaw, Ms. Wooten, and Ms. Hecker,

I was Mr. Eli Binnion’s attorney in the above cases, which were finalized on June 3, 2021
at a sentencing hearing. I am issuing this statement to provide information that I believe will
correct or clarify the public’s understanding of what in fact occurred at my client’s sentencing,
including misrepresentations made to the media by the Polk County District Attorney (lee hon). Actual court
transcripts can demonstrate the points I will make here.

At the time of the incident in these cases, Mr. Binnion was 19 years old and the victim was
14. He has been jailed in Polk County since then and pled guilty to the charge on March 14, 2019.
At that time, the State—in writing—waived their right to a jury trial in this case. This is
significant because if the State had truly wished to prevent Mr. Binnion from receiving deferred
adjudication, the State could have legally barred such an option by refusing to waive their right to
a jury trial. The State understood this and waived.

On June 3, 2021, Judge Travis Kitchens presided over the sentencing hearing, where the
State was legally entitled to call any number of witnesses (including the victim or the victim’s
family) that the State wanted Judge Kitchens to consider in rendering a sentence. Probation Officer
Mary Beth Barker was the only witness that the State elected to call to testify for Mr. Binnion’s
sentencing.

Ms. Barker, the State’s only witness, made recommendations to the Court regarding terms
and conditions of deferred adjudication. Polk County District Attorney, Lee Hon was present
at the hearing and, as reflected in transcripts, at no time prior to the Judge pronouncing his
ruling did the State ever recommend prison time—for 15 years or any other number—or
oppose deferred adjudication. Only after the ruling was final, did Assistant District
Attorney, Rachel Ellsworth state for the record that the State was opposed to deferred
adjudication. Ms. Ellsworth further advised the victim’s family was notified of the hearing and
did not wish to participate. First Assistant District Attorney, Beverly Armstrong stated to the Court
that the victim and family were no longer responding to their office. No Judge could ever legally
bar a victim from being heard at a sentencing hearing and any suggestion that such occurred
in this case is unequivocally FALSE. The State and the Defense were given the opportunity
to present any witnesses they deemed appropriate.

While Judge Kitchens has only been elected since 2019, District Attorney Lee Hon and his
office have handled cases such as this since 2007. Since 2016 alone, some very brief research
confirms at least 19 cases wherein a defendant charged with a sex-related offense received deferred
adjudication from different judges over the years, including Former Judge Kacee Jones, and
Former Judge Ernie McClendon. The Polk County District Attorney’s Office, led by LEE HON
was at the helm of them all. In at least 17 of those cases, the POLK COUNTY DISTRICT
ATTORNEY recommended Deferred Adjudication Probation
to the Court as the desired
sentence.

I make this point to say, in sum, that the sentence assessed Mr. Binnion, is by no means a
“light sentence” and should not be construed as such. In addition, it has been my experience that
in these types of cases, deferred adjudication is not uncommon, particularly when one considers
the emotional toll that a public trial will have on any victim and especially, young and minor
victims.

Mr. Binnion’s movements, decisions, and activities will be supervised and scrutinized
closely by the judicial system for the next ten (10) years. Put another way—Mr. Binnion’s
supervision will not end until he is 32 years old. Mr. Binnion’s probation in this case cannot be
shortened for any reason and there are many terms and conditions recommended by probation, and
Ordered by Judge Kitchens, with which he must comply for the next ten years. Some, but not all
of those conditions include:

1. Lifetime registration as a sex offender;
2. Polygraph examinations on a regular basis;
3. Psychological examinations;
4. No internet access or usage without prior approval;
5. No contact with the victim or victim’s family;
6. Restrictions on where Mr. Binnion can reside;
7. Reporting to a probation officer twice a month; and,
8. $5,000.00 fine.
9. Serve an additional term of 180 days in the Polk County Jail. (in addition
to the 35 months he has been incarcerated awaiting disposition of the
case.)

Any misstep or mistake by Mr. Binnon on the terms of probation can result in his arrest
and being brought back to Court for a hearing by a judge—not a jury—for a potential prison
sentence of up to 20 years.

Should you have any questions, I will be more than happy to sit down with either of you
so as to clear up any confusion that may exist. Your cooperation and courtesies in this matter are
greatly appreciated. If you require further information, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Sincerely,

What a disappointing thing to see the SJC Candidate Cyndi McClure team up with a crook like Florida Freyer.  A corrupt ADA that Cynthia and her sign man hubby knows is corrupt because I personally made sure they had access to the evidence.

I don't endorse any candidate ever but I am actively opposing McClure at this point.  If she is willing to associate her campaign for treasurer with a theif like Florida freyer who as a matter of record has proven that he will falsify his payroll records and use disretionary funds from the DA's office to fund his campaign, I don't want her anywhere near the checkbook for SJC.

LOCAL LAWYER LACERATES LIAR

Legal analyst and fact finder for the Conservative News organization,  Breitbart has taken to FB in a personal post regarding the 258th District Judge race.   In it, Lana Shadwick Price has taken no prisioners with  a no reasonable doubt narrative that would make any competent  prosecutor proud.  LIAR Freyer probably didn't like it much but his incompetence is legendary.

Three Sentinel readers have forwarded me the content of the post knowing FB banned me yet again.

She opened her comment with a link to The Honorable 258th District Judge, Travis Kitchens speech at the recent Pointblank Meet N Greet that was quite a success many stated.  We did publish a link in the prior story to the entire evening and all the speakers on the SJC TV channel Ray McCoppin publishes but HERE is what Attorney Shadwick requested the readers view before reading her comment.  It is  Judge Kitchens' speech.

Just for context and a short stroll down Sentinel Reader memory lane, Attorney Shadwick was representing Bubba Gibson when Freaky Freyer, as prosecutor on the case, had staff go into Gibson's cell in the Polk County jail and take all of Gibson's personal documents, lawyer/client priviledge paperwork, defense strategy and witness list.  Then Freaky Freyer went so far as to call the defense witnesses according to testimony.   Ms. Shadwick raked that poor boy over the coals in open court.  The last day of the hearing saw freyer showing up in a wrinkled suit and mop head of hair which was fitting because Ms. Shadwick mopped the floor with Liar Freyer.   Below is Ms. Shadwick's comment in

JUDGE KITCHENS RESPONSE TO ATTNY SHADWICK'S COMMENT

Thanks Ms. Shadwick for your comment. The voters need to pay attention to this election and investigate the background and prior actions of those who seek to sit on this bench and make the serious decisions that a district judge makes, especially in a court of general jurisdiction that hears all types of cases - not just criminal cases - that affect the lives of those who find themselves in court. No one (well at least most normal people) wants to go to court and have the most private and intimate details of their lives discussed in front of other people. EVERYONE is entitled to a fair, independent, and impartial judge - both victims and accused citizens. A judge takes an oath to preserve, protect and defend our Constitutions - it is not an oath to a political party. Politics have no business in a COURT OF LAW. It is unethical for a judge to say how he is going to rule before all parties involve have an opportunity to present their case to the court. The 258th District Court, serving Polk, San Jacinto and Trinity Counties, is a court of general jurisdiction, and it hears all types of cases, as I said in this speech. I did not just move to this area. I moved here in 1978 with my wife and we raised our family here. I represented thousands of citizens over my 41 years of law practice before getting elected your District Judge in 2018. I have participated in countless benefits and events - without seeking any recognition, in all these years - to help MY community. The citizens I have represented for over 48 years since I moved to this area after Baylor Law School, including the victims when I was a prosecutor, and citizens seeking redress of their legal rights since leaving the District Attorney's office, are entitled to no less! Regardless of how you vote, get your ass off your couch, study the candidates (not just this election but all elections) and get out and vote. That precious right to vote has been protected by the blood and sacrifice of my father and those millions of Americans who fought for your rights! And show up for jury duty so you can participate in finding justice for all those who seek it! Justice is not just a fancy 7 letter word - it is essential to our freedom! Thank you - Travis Kitchens

Facebook is once again guilty of election interference by letting this fake profile spew utter nonsense that zuckerburg knows is nonsense.  In the meantine, we hereby award FB.F.P.    My personal opinion after reading some more of the triple dumbass' other false statements is that the profile only becomes active during political season when Hon is involved, spouts Hon's lies over and over but seems feminine.  Either it is one of Hon's female operatives that suffers from a bad case of penis envy or it is Jimmy Steelhammer and Teddy Sims trying to be 'manly' after forever feminizing their own profiles.   Jimmy by kissing a little boy full on the mouth and teddy for taking two to beat up one old man.  I still have both photos.  Should I run them again Jim Ted?  If tricky ricky the tiny dicky posts again, I will find them for one more round.

SHERIFF ISSUES STATEMENT

As reported a few days ago on the Freyer Follies (moved to 258th page), our sheriff is NOT endorsing Rob Freyer for district judge.

The sneaky snake Florida Freyer used a photo op after getting Sheriff Houston to show up for a dog rescue fund raiser knowing our sheriff is a soft touch for a stray dog.  While he had Sheriff Houston and the Trinity Co sheriff there, Liar freyer jumped in between the two men for a photo op.  Freyer then posted that dog rescue photo on his campaign page claiming that he had the endorsement of, "Two of the three republican sheriffs" in the district.  Once again, Freyer LIES through his teeth.  Granted freyer did not name Sam Houston in the endorsement ad but he is a slimy attorney and knows most folks will see the picture and hear the 'thousand words' a picture is worth and believe his lie without digging for themselves.  Yes Sheriff Houston was smiling but everyone knows that no matter what else is said, Sheriff Houston loves dogs.  It is just the 'dirty dawg' that put himself in the middle of the two sheriffs that is not trustworthy and Sheriff will not let Freyer get by with deceiving people with a set up picture.  The issue left Sheriff with his obligation to protect the integrity of the S.O. with no choice but to issue a plain language statement that he is not endorsing any candidate.

As a prosecutor attorney, freyer knows that he was implicating the sheriff in a possible Hatch Act violation prompting Sheriff to issue a plain language statement in order to distance himself and his office from the corrupt practices of liar freyer.

ONLY THE LONELY

POA HOSTS FIREWORKS DISPLAY

Candidate 'liar' Freyer lost his SH*T this morning at an HOA annual workshop held at the Yaupon Cove pavilion.  The event was an invitation gathering with reports that ROBber Freyer showed up at with no invitation.

The Honorable 258th District Judge, Travis Kitchens was invited to this POA, HOA workshop  as the featured speaker simply because in his law practice over the years, he has represented over 100 POA and HOA organizations as their attorney.  One of the lake area developers took the opportunity to ask The Good Judge some legal questions regarding zoning and other issues, over a dozen questions which Judge Kitchens answered with no hesitation.  Freyer, who like I said, was not even invited but showed up, had enough and began complaining that he should have equal opportunity to address the crowded room.  At that point, the developer turned to freyer and said, "Alright, I would love to hear your take on these issues." and fired a question at him.  Freyer replied with a sheepish, "Well I don't know, I would have to research it."

Judge Kitchens commented to the crowd pointing out that was the difference in a green attorney and a seasoned judge at which point, Freyer literally lost his mind and jumped up and started hollering at Judge Kitchens.

Far from being intimidated at all, Judge Kitchens raiesed his voice and fired right back.  "Are you calling me a liar?", freyer screamed.

Judge Kitchens retorted", Yes you have lied to me in my courtroom."

Freyer's ears were smoking by this time and the jist of the event from multiple sources was that The Honorable Travis Kitchens, "Owned the room".

In a most interesting turn of events, Bethany shared that a fried of hers recorded the event as there were several reporters there but has not agreed to share the video with me yet.

GROVETON 1/22/26

A candidate meet n greet held in Groveton, Tx last night was well attended and gave voters an opportunity to compare and contrast the two District Judge candidates.  Freyer was his typical bad mouthing angry lying self.  aAs the last to speak, Honorable Travis Kitchens had opportunity to contrast freyer with calm matter of fact confident display of being right and having the backbone to stand on that.

One thing Judge Kitchens shared was about a motion to suppress that he had granted in Trinity Co some time back on evidence that the corrupt sheriff woody wallace's dept  collected via an illegal search and seizure.  Judge Kitchens granted the defense motion to suppress that evidence based on woody's criminal proceedures and DA Shiro appealed it to the higher court.  They blasted the judge for defending the constitutional rights of the accused and filed the appeal.

The higher court upheld the Honorable 258th Dirstrict Judge, Travis Kitchen's ruling.

Apparently the most corrupt sheriff in East Texas didn't like his crimes being exposed in public so he as come out of the corrupt closet to endorse the most corrupt judge candidate in years, SJC's ADA Freyer.  We have not been able to find a written public endorsement but Freyer is telling folks that Woodrow is endorsing him.

CONSTITUENT CONCERNS

publisher's note:  This narrative was received at The Sentinel offices this morning stating intent to remain anonymous.  The statement is factual based on multiple complaints against SJC District Clerk, Tammie Currie regarding the same issues.  We will honor the anonymity of this reader.

Steve

On the occasions when Ms. Currie has been observed, her presence appears inconsistent with the court's scheduled start time. Court is scheduled to begin at 8:00 a.m., yet her arrival has been observed significantly later, and in some instances, she does not appear at all.
More concerning are the apparent operational issues within the office itself. Court filings and indictments appear to be delayed for extended periods, in some cases for months, before being properly filed or processed. These delays have real consequences for defendants, victims, attorneys, and the overall efficiency of the judicial system.

It appears that the day-to-day functioning of the office is largely being handled by clerks who work under the District Clerk. While these employees appear to be making efforts to keep the office running, the lack of consistent leadership and availability from the elected official raises serious questions about accountability, oversight, and public service.
Given that the District Clerk is an elected official entrusted with maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely court administration, I believe these issues are a matter of public concern and warrant further inquiry.

I am submitting this information anonymously due to concern about potential retaliation and in the interest of transparency and accountability.

Thank you for your time and attention.

ROBber FREYER'S LIAR FLYERS COME BACK AND BITE

In his typical, cheat to win mentality, Florida Freyer deceived the SJC Sheriff to get a photo op to use in his campaign.  On the pretext of a fund raiser for the dog rescues in SJC and Trinity Co, Freyer made a donation to waggin tails and took a photo with himself standing betweem SJC Sheriff, Sam Houston and Trinity Co Sheriff, Woodrow Wallace.  Now Liar Freyer is using the photo claiming, without naming Sam Houston, that he has the endorsement of two of the three republican sheriffs in our district.

Sam Houston has never endorsed Freyer and said he will not endorse Him.  According to sources close to our Sheriff, he is a little miffed that Freyer resorted to the lying cheating tactics ot imply an endorsement that does not exist.  Nor does the Polk county Republican Sheriff, Byron Lyons endorse Freyer.

Woody Wallace is a different story but then he is the most corrupt sheriff in East Texas.  Freyer, Woodrow, Hon are all peas in a pod and want a corrupt judge on the bench.

Freyer keeps calling The Hornorable 258th District Court Judge, Travis Kitchens, a RINO when Judge Kitchens has run as a Republican from day one in his service to our community.

Let me remind folks that Freyer, when calling legit endorsement  of Judge Kitchens from Former well loved Polk Co sheriff, Billy Ray Nelson a RINO endorsing a RINO, he may as well call President Trump a RINO.  REMEMBER.  Just like every other elected official in this part of the world, Trump was a Democrat before he wasn't.

n the high-stakes world of East Texas judicial politics, Rob Freyer seems to be operating on the "vibes only" campaign model. If you’ve glanced at the marketing for the 258th Judicial District race, you might walk away under the impression that Mar-a-Lago has a direct line to San Jacinto County.

But as any good lawyer knows, the "fine print" is usually where the truth goes to hide.

The "MAGA-ish" Aesthetic

Freyer’s campaign strategy appears to be a masterclass in political osmosis. By saturating his materials in the visual language of the current administration—bold reds, patriotic flourishes, and carefully curated proximity to the "Make America Great Again" brand—he’s attempting to harvest the energy of a presidential endorsement without actually having, well, the endorsement.

It’s a classic case of Endorsement by Association. If you stand close enough to a gold-plated sign, some of the glitter is bound to rub off on your suit, right? For the casual voter in Polk, San Jacinto, or Trinity counties, the "smoke and mirrors" are working overtime to imply that he is the chosen warrior of the 47th President.

The Missing Letterhead

In reality, a search for an actual, signed endorsement from the White House or the RNC yields a whole lot of... crickets. While Freyer touts his "energy and accountability" and his Board Certification (which, to be fair, is a legitimate professional credential), he’s remarkably quiet about the fact that his "endorsements" are mostly a collection of:

  • Self-Referential Kudos: "I'm the best, just ask me!"
  • Visual Mimicry: Using the same font and color palette as the national ticket to trigger a subconscious "he's one of them" response.
  • Incumbent Snubbing: His main "endorsement" seems to be his own belief that Judge Travis Kitchens is "winding down."

The "Board Certified" Shield

When pressed on the lack of big-name political backing, the Freyer camp usually pivots back to his 30 years of experience and his certification. It's a solid defense—after all, it's hard to argue with a resume. But let’s call it what it is: a shiny distraction from the fact that he’s running a "disruptor" campaign without the actual disruptor-in-chief's seal of approval.

He’s betting that in the 258th, if it looks like a Trump-backed candidate and sounds like a Trump-backed candidate, voters won't bother to check if the check actually cleared.
