Lee Hon campaign helpers say he is calling around to get a feel for how much support he has for another run at the District Judge Bench. Thought I would break out this classic cartoon for public interest.

INTERESTING TWIST

At left is a DM from Bethany Evans to me. She was Hon's campaign manager and main side squeeze prior to Hon and her recent divorces. I found it interesting that he convinced her that I was responsible for his mother's death.

In a sense, I guess he is right. It was me that got the proof and broke the story of Hon requesting her ballot to his address and him that refused to give up the proof that she signed her ballot instead of him. Once I broke the story (after a week of agonizing prayer), it left her as the only person who could put the thumb on him for those crimes. Days later she was dead. When her husband requested an autopsy, he was ignored. She was cremated the next day.

Hon fought the marriage certificate claiming his mother was incapable of signing it due to alzheimers but AFTER she signed the marriage certificate, she was able to sign for him to empty her bank accounts (4) of nearly a million dollars. Go figure that one out. What is even more troubling is her husband stated she had just been to the doctor and was healthy and had a strong heart. If she was not able to sign the marriage certificate, she was not able to sign to release her accounts to him or sign to vote.

TRUTH AND JUSTICE STRIKES ANOTHER BLOW

Bogus charges against a mother and citizen of Polk County were dismissed in district court yesterday. Out of controll Onalaska PD resource officer, Tammy Heeth, pictured here spraying pepper spray directly into the eyes of a handcuffed female suspect failed to appear. Heeth never did appear at any of the many hearings. Lee Hon filed the retaliatory charges with no evidence accusing the mother in the car rider line of agg assault against a peace officer. The mother is the ex wife and mother of Brandon White's children and these charges were leveled right after Brandon White had been so effective getting the word out on Hon's corruption on FB during the electionseason. Hon also filed bogus felony charges on Brandon White which have subsequently been dismissed. Hon's legacy is and will always be, 'retalliation.

The mother went into the school and filed a VERBAL complaint with the school over Heeth's antics in the car rider line and a few days later, Heeth escalated. According to the mother, Heeth stepped out from the curb, banged her fist on the hood of the mother's car then accused her of running into Heeth with her automobile. At this point, Heeth tried to drag the mother, belted in and wearing a cast from rencent leg and ankle surgery, out through her car window by the hair of her head. This mother's elementary age kids were in the car.

After Hon was unable to bring the case to court, the burden fell on the popularly elected new DA, The Honorable Shelly Bush Sitton. Ms Sitton did offer the defandant several plea bargains with the last being reduction to a ticket for disorderly conduct. The mother stood her ground, refused the offers and said she was ready for trial.

A courtroom observer told The Sentinel that during the motion to dismiss, brought by attorney for the accused, Seth Evans, Ms. Sitton raised her hands and explained to The Court, "I have nothing". There was no body cam, no dash cam and according to the principal, the scholl video did NOT show the mother hitting Heeth with her vehicle. Add to that, not a single credible witness, despite the crowd on hand, could be found that would vouch for Tammy Heeth.

The Sentinel sought open records anf got documents proving that Heeth was allowed to conduct her own investigation into the incident, submit and sign the police report.

WHAT HAS CHANGED IN HON'S HOUSES?

Laura isn't attacking me on social media with her lies anymore (that I know of) but she is still peddling dildo's, butt plugs and vibratory devices on FB with the girls.

Lee Hon's step father is still being charged again for posession of child porn and Lee Hon is still telling lies and covering up criminal activity for his buddies. Did I mention the 'stolen valor' political ads?

Mrs. Hon was a much loved and long serving school teacher in Polk Co. See the perfect cursive writing in her signature? We know this is her signature because she signed this marriage certificate in front of the county clerk.

We know the case was submitted to the Brazos Co DA so the evidence should still exist. Why all the rigama row Lee? Why not just release the signature like the law required you to do under the open records laws? Shut me up? Why?

Is it because vote crime is jail time?

RE; Complaint against Polk Co DA William Lee Hon and Texas Ranger Joshua Ray

On or about March 14, 2018, Texas Ranger Joshua Ray, Company A, called me and asked for a meeting concerning some ‘allegations’. He would not clarify if it was allegations I had made he was seeking evidence on or allegations against me. I asked an attorney who advised me not to meet the ranger without an attorney in the room with us so I arranged to meet Ranger Ray in the law library of the SJC Courthouse.

Ray showed up at the appointed time. Attorney Mike Davis, provided to The Sentinel was present also.

After the small talk, Ranger Ray stated he had a criminal complaint from Polk County DA Lee Hon against me. Davis asked him to produce said complaint but Ray did not. Davis asked Ray to produce the code or statute the complaint was based on and Ray did not. Davis ended the interview.

After the encounter, I did an open records request to DPS for any and all documents related to the complaint. There was no complaint filed by Hon according to a DPS open records request answer

My criminal complaint against Polk County DA and Texas Ranger Joshua Ray is that they conspired together to oppress and abuse my rights and discriminated against me. William Lee Hon has initiated a ranger investigation built on lies and bogus allegation and Ranger Ray was aware they were lies but leaned on me anyway. Open records prove that the Polk County Clerk notified Ranger Ray that the document I obtained was a public document and provided him a copy of the receipt where I paid one dollar for that public document WELL BEFORE Ray called or made an appointment to meet with me.

My criminal complaint against Polk County DA William Lee Hon and Texas Ranger Joshua Ray is that both men conspired together and did abuse their official capacity and/or officially oppress and discriminate against me in San Jacinto County on March 14^th and 15^th in the process of trying to intimidate and silence The Sentinel.

ALLEGATIONS PROVEN POSSIBLE

Recently obtained DPS Sensitive records prove that long standing allegations of corruption are likely true.

These same documents identify Lee Hon as Asst DA, Tammy Heeth as owner of Richard's Pawn Shop caught holding stolen firearms that came from the Polk County Sheriff's dept 'evidence system. years ago. The documents prove that at least six firearms were involved just during the process of this one investigation.

For several years before Christopher Lima was arrested for conspiring to deal drugs in uniform and a marked patrol vehicle, The Sentinel was being told that he and a few other officers were engaging in confiscating weapons and drugs on traffic stops then never filing the charges. The calls even went as far as to identify Tammy Heeth and her husband's pawn shop as a co conspirator in the scheme.

We never got proof so never wrote the story.

Since then, Lima was busted for drug dealing, I have a written statement that When Lima worked in Polk co that he sold a brand new AR 15 in the box to one citizen.

Now a local journalist has obtained proof documents via an open records request that indeed there have been pawn transactions on stolen and 'evidence' firearms that none other than the resource officer at the schools, Tammy Heeth was in posession of at her pawn shop.

From fake news to a fake paper, Lee Hon is still operating the same way he always has. 'Groveton News' is a name long owned by Polk Co Publishing that was absorbed into the, 'Trinity News Standard' some years ago. The real 'Groveton News' was established over a hundred years ago but Lee Hon and his buddy, 'Giovanni saw fit to steal the name and publish a fake news propaganda piece just to start the election season off in comfortable surroundings for Hon . . . LIES. Hoping to cash in on the over 100 years of credibility of the, 'Groveton News' with this propaganda piece, it is instead a big fat FAIL.

Our research shows that Hon has been listed as lawyer on one DL case, his own divorce and one shooting case out of Walker Co. On the street sources in Livingston claim that there is ZERO traffic in to Hon's office including himself for the most part so please, read the attached story on the fake 'Groveton News' site with a big grain of salt. POLK CO DA FOLLOWS SOROS PLAYBOOK - WATCH AT 4:10 MARK

For many years now, The Sentinel has battled the self described 'real republicans' who keep supporting lying ad writing candidates with their personal political agenda over tried and true conservatives who walk the walk in our community. Informed voters have been the greatest tool for excising the cancer of progressive socialism among our ranks. What The Sentinel has proven to the voters over and over is that it is not so much what you say you are as it is what you actually do that matters. That has been our successful formula for effecting elections in our area.

The video below caught my eye and at the 4 minute mark, the investigative journalist describes exactly what is going on in Polk County. The elite are allowed to committ crime after crime with no prosectuion while the working man is terrorized by tyrannical oppression and police state efforts to clamp down on free speech.

If you call yourself a conservative but are willing to watch The Sentinel being targeted and persecuted for free speech without raising your voice or helping to defend the first amendment in Polk County, you are fooling yourself if you think you are a conservative or a patriot. Whether you like or agree with everything The Sentinel publishes, it is all of our First Amendment rights on the line, not just mine.

Having a potential for 70 years in the penitentiary looming large in my life has prodded me to do a great deal of soul searching. People have asked me, "Why do you do what you do the way you do it?". Some ask, "How much money has it made you?" to bring home their point. Here is my answer. I do what I do because it needs doing.

Fast forward to my own personal situation. As a man facing three felony indictments for publishing two public records any citizen can still easily obtain, surely I wonder why DPS is so willling to overlook major 501 (c) 3 embezzlements and an out of control criminal DA's office but yet have plenty time and tax payer money to investigate and prosecute lil ole me. Spending state and county funds for the ole you might beat the rap but you won't beat the ride corrupt mentality.

When I proved that DA had committed crimes, it was me that DPS investigated. The The seven felony counts for publishing two public record documents to prove the allegations in the stories were absolutely true. One was a marriage license I obtained out of the County Clerk records by paying one dollar and the other a copy of a traffic ticket issued by the Polk County S.O. One document was published to prove the DA was lying and the other to prove he had committed a crime. Both were legally obtained.

Now The Sentinel is facing 70 years in prison if convicted. Is it really about the public documents that were published or is it about silencing a voice that tyranny hates? A voice willing to expose the fact that the DPS misappropriation of funds is DIRECTLY responsible for the rise in motorcyle deaths. It seems odd that what was an orchestrated event in Waco, occurred 36 minutes before the COC&I meeting with accountability of those misappropriated DPS funds on the agenda. The legislation the voting block was discussing and helping formulate was scattered to the winds when nearly 200 leaders of many clubs from around the state were incarcerated, their phones, vehicles, posessions taken and an impossible bond set without any evidence on the vast majority of them. Forbidden to 'associate' when they did get out, the political push to get control of the 16 million dollars into hands that would administer it properly was neutered. All the wind was taken out of the sails in just a few moments. Was I getting too close? Was I asking the wrong questions, talking to the wrong people?

You figure it out. It is our first ammendment rights that are on the line. My hope is that the people will stand up and speak up and help defend our first amendment rights or sit down and shut up about our freedoms in the USA. It is that simple.

SPECIAL PROSECUTOR ACCEPTS APPOINTMENT

After a myriad of requests of close by DA's and them turning down the opportunity to prosecute me as owner of The Sentinel publication on two felony indictments instagated by Bill Lee 'the kid' Hon's false accusations, The Burleson Co District Attorney has agreed to take on the case.

Burleson County lies in the 4th ring of counties that surround Polk County. Our sources indicate multiple DA's turned the case down before DA Deski agreed to accept the case and move the process forward of seeking Truth and Justice.

The weight of having the potential of serving 70 years in prison for exercising my free speech rights is heavy but the battle is not just for me but all the citizens of Polk County.

YOU KEEP POSTING FALSE INFORMATION ABOUT ME THAT IS PROOVABLY FALSE STRICTLY TO INCITE VIOLENCE AGAINST ME AND MINE.

The prevelance of your illegal publishing actions have already incited one felon convicted for Sexual Abuse of a Child, ARLO GLEN DUMAS (Friend and former neighbor to your moderator Keith Black) to not only do damage to the single woman's property at her address you posted, but to physically assault a 65 year old partially blind man who told Dumas to stay off of her property or he would call the law.

This highlighted snip is just a portion of one document in the file that I have from the 7th District Court in UTAH. When you read the language, you find out that Dumass sent his guilty plea in so it would already be there when he got to court. And his woman (we haven't quite figured the exact kinship of them) wants to get up on your website and run her headprovoking the violence that has already occurred. same with her grown daughter. Good thing we don't countthe hypocrits. Not only was Arlo not arrested for the recent assault, he got a mouth on him because of his no consequences for his crimes.

I said all that to say this SJC Crimewatch. That document is just ONE OF the HUNDREDS of like reasons that you cannot destroy my credibility. I have a long stabnding trrack record of publishing the Truth with proof when I open my mouth. When you consider that I have published Keith Black's pervert proof documents and still see him, as your moderator telling the lies and that he got a lawsuit settlement against me for publishing the fact he is a criminal, it splains it all.

My youngest son (And yes you have made them suffer from your illegal hate crimes) asked me, "Dad, how can they publish those lies when you have documents to prove you were never convicted or sentenced for a crime? How can Keith say he got a lawsuit judgmeent against you when he diddn't and the public record proves it?

My answer was, "It is simply because the one they serve cannot tell the truth because there is no truth in him. John *:44" I added that wrapping a correct fact with a lie makes the whole thing a lie. That is why the judge says,, "The Truth, the Whole Truth and nothing but the Truth" so help you God"

This is as good a place as any to reitterate my long standing offer to the corrupt ones who seek to silence me or keep information from me. Just prove ONE MALICIOUS LIE told or published on The Sentinel and I will shut this page down,.

As a final note, be aware that I am convinced that those who are publishing personal information, identifying information on my friends and family and their location are doing so as a hate crime and with criminal intent.; Let me be plain. I consider you to be a deadly threat to me and mine.

SENTINEL ARRAIGNED . . . . FINALLY

Six months after the April 25 surrender of The Sentinel to warrants out of Polk County claiming that I took part in felony retaliation against the sitting DA, special prosecutor, Joe Martin, formerly an Asst to the Polk Co DA put it on the dockett to have me arraigned finally. Several in the criminal justice system had speculated that the unprecedented 6 month delay was an indication that the charges would be left hanging like is done so often in Polk County. Within days after I published the story of the unsolved murder in Polk County below, Special Prosecutor Martin put the case on the dockett. Not only did Martin put it on the docket, he pressed the judge three seperate times to cram the trial into the month of December. That effort was squashed by Attorney Mike Davis. January 17th is the next dockett call for the case.

"DON'T FOLLOW THE MONEY". . .

Appears to be William 'Bill' Lee "the kid" Hon's response to all efforts to do just that. From the day he removed his mother from her home and depleted all 4 of her bank accounts to the open records request below, 'the kid' has staunchly thrown road blocks in the way of anyone's efforts to follow the money within his sphere of influence.

Hon claimed he had to take his momma to the bank to 'sign some paperwork' the day he took her from her happy healthy home and within an hour zeroed out three of her four bank accounts leaving a minimum balance in the one. Their combined total was nearly a million dollars according to her common law husband. Then Hon with the R.I.C.O. involvement of the sheriff's dept illegally evicted Anthony Bartunek from his home of 5 years. Yet Hon was able to have the signature Ms. Hon put on the "Declaration of Marriage" document PRIOR to the unquestioned banking signature as invalid because of his mom's alzhiemers diagnosis. Ms. Hon was mentally competent enough give him all her money but couldn't decide where to live and who to love and spend her last days with.

Then there is the whole mail in ballot signature issue no 'public integrity' units seem very interested in. Surely they are hoping such a blatant violation of the law, a crime that would put Hon in prison if he were found guilty, will just fade into the sunset if they ignore it long enough.

Repeated efforts by several to determine the founding and financing of the Polk Co Republican Club have run into a corrupt brick wall of silence. A little wall named ADA Tommy Coleman. Or should we say branded 'ADA' because he belongs to Hon. Even people who are members cannot get the documents being sought. Why?

What happened in that meeting Mr. Hon, between you and Wayne Dolcefino and attorney Sydney Snyder? Why did Wayne back off of the story and turn on one of his staunchest friends who has been an allie with a proven track record of righting wrongs and standing up and advocating for those unable to themselves for many years? Did money change hands? Did threats or blackmail ensue? Did you prove me a liar on any allegation and/or story that I have written about you and your R.I.C.O. minions Mr. Hon?
