      There is a lot more to the story but after Bonnie and Ike disappeared the second time, I found them in a fish camp after 6 Months or so.   When I did get my girls again, I took them to the same court appointed psychologist in the Dallas court system on Ike's case.              Dr. Hester agreed to see my daughters, pro bono, after he found out Ike had them.   Dr. Hester asked me to and I agreed to and underwent two seperate hours long psychological profile tests the day I met him.  

       As part of his testing my girls, Dr. Hester had them draw.  When I saw that, I mentioned that my girls had been doodling on the way to Dallas.  He asked for those drawings so I went to the truck and got that tablet for him.  The originals are still in my files along with the report Dr. Hester submitted to the Court on cause 39048.   A report that was promplty sealed and ignored.

“Fatherhood, enemy of the State”

After his unwanted divorce had been made nasty at the hands of his ex’s predator lawyers, Steve Watson discovered two things.  If he missed a child support payment, one phone call from his ex would put every branch of prosecution and law enforcement in the Great State of Texas on his back as her personal collection agent.  Not to dun him on the phone, mind you, but with the power to lock him up until the debt was paid.  As a dad who loves all of his children more than his next breath, Steve was ok with that.  He wanted to support and nurture his kids, as he always did, more than anything else in the world.

The tragedy though was when he had to discover the hard way that if she took Steve’s elementary age daughters and absconded with her bearded, child rapist boyfriend, to God knows where, Steve was on his own.  He found out that even with court documents stating the bearded one, Lyle Wayne Hasenauer, Grand Isle, Nebraska, admitted to and had sexually abused his seven year old son, the State didn’t care.  He found out that even a forensic psychologist report from a prominent court appointed Doctor who was examining Lyle during his court case, and Steve’s little girls since, reporting “symptoms consistent with sexual abuse are present”, that justice was blind and deaf.  Judge 'boots' Krueger immediately sealed those records.  Steve learned that even with more documents proving Bonnie, his ex, was in violation of State Law, Court Orders, and a verbal directive from the Judge that she never deny Steve visitation again, or go to jail, she could do so with impunity and full legal support from the Great State of Texas.   Despite her being found guilty of contempt in the only legal action Steve had taken against her, and then only to enforce his visitation rights, the mother bias was strong.  So strong in actuality, that the court, with full knowledge of each of these alarming facts, still enforced her right to deny Steve his rights.  He learned that the only parental right a divorced father really has is to pay child support.  Steve had to learn one more truth to survive.  Joy comes in the morning. 

How could a marriage, the family, which is God’s very gift to humanity, devolve into such a dismal abyss as Cause 39048, Liberty County, Texas, illustrates?  Thirty years and thirty court hearings later, Steve would be fully convinced that it was the State’s agenda to destroy the father centered family just because of the individual strength that God places with His ordained institution, Fatherhood.  That father centered family is the only thing standing between us as a nation and society’s destruction.

         After SIX LONG YEARS of searching every crowd and face, not knowing if my daugheters were alive or dead, much less where they were or what they were enduring, she showed up again re-married to Lyle Wayne Hasenhauer's friend, (now ex friend I am sure) Len Lyons.  I finally got to see my babies again.  I was remarried, had one son and working as an appraiser and began making my child support payments directly to the district clerk.  I never saw the money it was just taken from my state paycheck.  

       I did get some vistitation but they lived all the way in Corpus Christi so it was a trip.   Soon Bonnie started to threaten to sue me for the back child support.  She threatened me with the Attorney General of the Great State of Texas so I sent her his phone number.

        What she knew and I didn't is that her new husband was military and they were being transferred to Japan.     

         The rest is documented in Cause 39048, Liberty County.  "Let us see" said the blind man and unravel the evidence of corruption in the Child Support Enforcement division of the Great State of Texas.

          Just so you know, this photo is my baby girl soon after Bonnie resurfaced.  Now she is in her forties.  The great state of Texas is still tacking hundreds of dollars a month onto a bill I paid long ago.  The absolute irony is, I used court records and the OAG's own payment records to prove the actual debt is paid.    

     This is my beautiful daughter.   No one ever has to ask that girl, "Who is your daddy?"  Nor does she have to ask, "Where is my daddy?" because like Johnny Cash said in his song below, "I am still right here".

      As a final answer to your politically motivated attempt at ruining my credibility before elections, I publish the letter I wrote to Dan Morales regarding his efforts on Bonnie's behalf not long after  this photo was taken.   After you read it and examine the many hearings AFTER I wrote it, maybe you will realize why taking on Lee Hon and his minions is no stretch. 

       That pretty much sums up my feelings then and my feelings now.   Each and every AG since has resurrected the case at one point or another and not fared any better than Morales did in his quest.   

       Just a few facts and I close:

     1)  There was never one penny of state money (welfare, food stamps, etc) involved in this case so there was NEVER any reason for the OAG to get involved until she stole my children for the second and third time.

      2)  After she surfaced, Bonnie and I reached a legal and binding agreement to settle IN WRITING according to her terms and I paid it in CASH.

       3)  The OAG payment record proves I paid it.

       4)  Bonnie never once notified the court of her change of address.  

      5)  She altered their birth certificates, changing the name of the father and the girls last name and filed those fraudulent documents with govt agencies, schools.  FELONY        

       At the hearing where I forced the corrupt asst AG, Kevin Burchfield to admit in court on the record that the OAG didn't have a "dog in this hunt" was right after the Judge, in a condescending tone told me, "Don't try to deny your paternity now."   I said, "I am not, Your Honor, she is." and submitted the altered birth cerfificates I had obtained from the last school the girls were in.   The judge changed the topic quick and moved on with the good ole boy 'justice' they weilded for a pretty woman who could entice a key thru a keyhole and liked doing it.   

       As the Experian report at the top shows, The OAG considers my debt paid on time and shows I owe ZERO dollars monthly on that debt.  At the same time, they are adding 100's of dollars a month to the total.  It is the OAG"s CORRUPT back room way of solving the problem because as they found out after a couple dozen hearings, I am Stephen C. Watson and I do bite back. 

      When the OAG neutered my and my children's rights by non enforcement of the laws written to protect us, they neutered their ability to enforce Bonnie's rights.   My case proves it.  It is that simple.
     Research the "clean hands" doctrine in law and understand why Keith Black, Lee Hon, Mark Price, Lou Rogers, Royce Wells, OAG and Bonnie Jean Beasely - Watson - Hasenhauer - Lyons - Pimental - Beasely again and others have never prevailed against me and why YOU will not prevail.
