In the quiet corners of the courthouse, a new form of alchemy is being practiced. Forget turning lead into gold; Rob Freyer and Tammy Currie are attempting something much more ambitious: turning corrupted data into political ammunition.
The Secret Sauce: The LGS "Glitchnator"
While the rest of the legal world relies on systems that, you know, actually work, the District Clerk’s office seems to be operating out of a digital twilight zone. Reports are being churned out of an LGS system so notoriously glitchy it makes a 1990s dial-up connection look like a supercomputer.
Tammy Currie, acting as the Chief Print Officer, is hand-delivering these "stats" to Freyer like they’re stone tablets brought down from the mountain. The problem? The mountain is made of cardboard and the tablets are written in crayon.
The "Freyer Method" of Fact-Checking
Using these reports to smear Kitchens is a bold strategy. It requires a very specific set of skills:
- Selective Vision: Seeing a number and ignoring the "Error 404" flashing next to it.
- Creative Interpretation: Treating a system bug as a definitive legal fact along with having a part time District Clerk who hasn't done her job in cleaning up the system is a mighty lofty reach into the solar system of data black holes.
- The "Ostrich" Defense: If you bury your head deep enough in corrupted data, the truth can’t find you.
It’s one thing to have a system error; it’s another to build a campaign podium on top of it. Relying on data that everyone knows is wrong isn't just a "whoopsie"—it’s a choice.
The "Ghost" Endorsements
The data-dodging is part of a larger, rather imaginative trend. First, there was the implied Trump endorsement, which seems to have been conjured out of thin air. Then came the "endorsement" that forced Sheriff Sam Houston to take to social media to clarify that he hasn't actually endorsed anyone nor is he going to.
At this rate, we’re expecting Freyer to announce an endorsement from the Ghost of Christmas Past by Tuesday.
The Bottom Line
When you combine "broken" software, incompetent Currie with a "flexible" relationship with the truth, you don't get a campaign; you get a fictional novel. Voters are looking for a unbiased truth seeking Judge, not a creative writing project.
In the race for facts, Freyer and Currie seem to be running in the opposite direction, clutching a stack of printer-paper fantasies and hoping no one notices the "System Error" message at the bottom of the page
FLORIDA M.O. COMES TO TEXAS
Linked HERE is an article that brings much light to the operation that has been undertaken in Texas over the last year or so. An oversimplified statement is that Florida is about ten years ahead of us in dealing with the massive takeover of property in their state. The article exposes the China connection and the NYC Hedge fund. The line they are spinning to lower people's guard around here is that they are all about 'conservation' because up to 40 percent of the property will be held in, "Reserve".
Keep reading and researching and you find that the loophole is that they seek an exclusion at the state level to over ride any local control. The fine print shows the 'reserve' can be used for power lines, power generation, data centers, water plants, etc etc.
San Jacinto County worked hard to enact some developer controls to prevent another nightmare like Trails End subdivision has been. If the hedge fund group follows the example set in Florida, all that would be out the window.
One of the most troubling aspects of this scenario is that most all of the LLC purchases in this part of Texas were complete BEFORE the SB 17 law went into effect. It has the appearance of a pay off at the legislative level to hold up on the legislation until the China money LLC's got all of their purchases done. Then and only then did the state enact the 'protective' measure. It has more effect of preventing any competition to the China money LLC's than it does protecting a damn thing in the here and now. Can we say, 'sold down the river'?
The Florida model 'Blue Ribbon' zones would allow dense development of 18 properties per acre. Do the math.that boils down to lots about 50 x 50.
There are going to be lawsuits by adjoining property owners trying to protect their property rights and values that will end up in District Court. There in lies the rub. The Sentinel research associates have uncovered a DIRECT connection between the Hedge fund operation and Florida's own, Rob Freyer above and beyond the campaign funds he gets out of Florida.

My corruption sniffer says there may be a connection. There is a no holes barred effort to get Florida Freyer on the bench. Todd Dillon's dad sold out to the LLC and moved. No prosecution of any who sold to foreign backed LLC's.
It isn't just the timber I would bet money. Water, development of mineral rights and surface rights all in chinese control if these apparent connections are substantiated.
Jennifer Lee was the common denominator of the 40 plus LLC's that are buying up SJC and Polk Co. The absolute contortions of shielding ownership rivals and even surpasses that of the corrupt Biden 'Big Guy' operations. Hmmmmmmm. We know from CFR that Freyer is getting money out of Florida.

The Grantee on a Warranty Deed for a property in Polk County is listed as an LLC. Coconu is the maiden name of Rob Freyer's main financial supporter and wife.
Before any legitimate attorney or Title Company would put together a real estate deal or insure title would be with documentation from the Texas Sec of State (S.O.S.) that the LLC is legit and does exist.
Considering that Freyer and the cyber hacker dude, Caruso worked and trained at the same location in D.C., how far fetched is it that freyer bought the place as a stoolie perch right next door to the most notable person pressing a Civil Lawsuit against Onalaska? Freyer has been identified as having been to the property a couple times and brought others once. Throw in the fact that Freyer, Caruso and Shoellhorn, the rogue code enforcement agent are all buds?
The stingrays, which our counties admit they are cognizant of now, have to be within a half mile to work clandestinly. Several investigative journalists are all having email and phone issues of a similar nature.
Shoellhorn's giv a way was his cryptic statement about watching my communications and contacts. The only way he could know that I never have had any direct communication, email or phone, with The Honorable Judge Travis Kitchens would be to search for it. Believe me they searched for it. He wouldn't prosecute or even scold Florida Freyer for stealing taxpayer payroll money or even reprimand him in writing. No problem for using DA discretionary funds in his campaign and Now do we hold our breath for an arrest or prosecution for this illegal property purchase by and LLC that doesn't exist?

An unethical and even illegal campaign donation made by the Olivares attorney about a month before the sweetheart sentencing Freyer plead down too was returned to the attorney when we exposed the illegal act. January 6th, after the favorable disposition, the Olivares attorney wrote Freyer another check which he did NOT return. All it cost to get a corrupt deal fromFreyer is a thousand dollars. A careful perusal of the employee file on Rob Freyer from Harris county proves that he had two seperate DWI arrests in Cleburne, Tx and Johnson Co. Until we noticed the two seperate dismissal dates, we thought is was just one dwi because Cleburne is in Johnson Co. They are two seperate arrests and both dismissed. His daddy is an attorney too.
In Texas, one more DWI arrest would be automatic prison time. We have too many reports on his drunkeness, smell of alcohol and shakes he suffers till noon to think for a minute he quit dinking. Add that to the dozen of his own FB posts that all show alcohol in the picture and part of his day to day. We warned DA Dillon that Freyer was fired at Montgomery Co for showing up drunk on a crime scene and is a liability for SJC but he hired him anyway.

RUMORS FLY ABOUT HOURS AND PHOTOS
"Scrambling" was the word used to describe corrective efforts after it was rumored that video does exist contradicting the payroll documents submitted by SJC ADA "Agg" Rob Freyer for this last month's hours.
The rumors are true. Documents and video do exist. His payroll hours documents are fraudulent. We have the documents 'dirty deep' freyer submitted by way of an open records request answered by DA Todd Dillon.
Sentinel readers know that the video The Sentinel requested from SJC Security was recorded over destroying it after our open records request for the video was submitted and aknowledged received.
More evidence of ADA 'dirty deep' Freyer's dishonesty will bedocumented for all time by a lying political ad freyer placed in the News Times that will be out in the next issue.
Freyer attempts to attribute a case to Judge Kitchens when it was actually Judge Martin who saw the case through.
All I can say is that any prosecutor that will lie to us and steal from us would have no qualm dropping an innocent man in a 'dirty deep fryer'

DA'S GIVE PET ADA 'SOFT PLACE TO FALL'
Montgomery County DA and San Jacinto County DA have both given corrupt ADA Rob(ber) Freyer a misconception about the real world and law enforcement. Mont Co DA Ligon firing but not prosecuting Freyer for his drunken antics there and then SJC DA Dillon not even reprimanding Freyer for falsifying payroll documents, protesting the 258th court in favor of Cartel criminals and overlooking Freyer stealing an inmates private lawyer/client paperwork have made Freyer think he is above the law. NOT. The bad thing about that kind of stink is it smears around.
It kind of reminds me of the case of former COCISD police chief Roosevelt Joseph only filing drug charges on white kids when the black kids were smoking dope in the restrooms. Sentinel readers will remember the whole episode with the fake drug dog and 100 percent of the drug charges during his tenure being white kids. He even criminally charged one jr hi girl for having a midol in her purse that wasn't in the prescription bottle. I have the proof documents.
My point is that I ridiculed Roosevelt Joseph for teaching our black youth that there were no consequences for their crime. Sure enough, after graduation, three of our black youth went to jail in the real world for drug crimes within months of graduation. He thought he was giving them a break but instead taught them a wrong life lesson.
It is the same thing with Freyer and his look the other way bosses. We know he is a criminal and have proven it. Now he thinks he will get out in the world and continue with his lawlessness. We predict that freyer will find that thin blue line is not as strong or as long as he thinks it is. What a disservice to our communities.

It has come to the Sentinel's attention that such an act is potentially occurring in the San .Jacinto District Attorney's office . Allegations of time sheet alterations and hours worked by 'wish he was acandidate' Rob Freyer are being talked about all over the County.
The Sentinel Alert has requested and received the payroll time sheets of Mr. Freyer and if the allegations can be proven, Mr. Freyer owes the tax payers of the County some serious monies as well as an explanation on why he is not working 40 hours a week at his estimated $100,000 per year job. Not to mention, why is DA Todd Dillon allowing Mr. Freyer to alter time sheets?
These allegations stem from his visit to the Polk County Courthouse in Livingston on August 4th and 5th to apparently do some opposition research on Judge Travis Kitchens. Mr. Freyer did not have a work related reason to take off from his job to go spend hours in the District Clerk's office reviewing cases he is not a part of so we can only assume he is trying to dig up dirt on the good Judge. Eyewitnesses have reported to seeing him there and at other functions during the day in not only Polk County but Trinity County and Montgomery County as well on work days. Either way, Mr. Freyer put down on his time sheet that he had worked a full day on August 4th.
We will watch this develop in the coming months and do our best to always be your source for truth and justice.

BUTT PUCKERED CANDIDATE FILES CORRECTION
Too little, too late" is the phrase being used by those who have seen Florida Freyer's desperate attempt to hide his illegal campaign finance activities. Having been awakened at 3:30 this morning with an unction to study the legally required CFR's filed by deadline yesterday, I found the "DA Discretionary Fund" donations to freyer's fraudulent campaign, snipped the screen shot and published the story below. I did download the entire CFR file. When I got to my main computer and went to download the file, I saw the changes.
Even on his sworn correction affidavit, 'LIAR freyer' lies. He claims now that the checks were his payroll checks listed as campaign contributions to his own campaign.
A couple of problems with that. The checks written on the now depleted DA's Discretionary Fund are NOT and never were 'payroll'. You can call them a bonus check or a campaign stimulus or a pay off or anything EXCEPT payroll. The Commissioner's Court and ONLY the commissioner's court can deem a payment as payroll. There is a line item in the budget for payroll established by CC for each county office and these funds you listed as contributions are NOT payroll. No one, including your 'too little too late' sworn correction can alter that FACT.
Number two. Anytime a candidate contributes to his own campaign, it must be listed as a loan on a totally seperate form. That is the law. What are you going to cook up for your next lie freyer?
By the way, someone in your campaign has a little sense. I saw down lower on the CFR where you took a campaign donation of a thousand dollars from the attorney who defended Christopher Olivares and got the sweet heart plea deal of a life time for his sex offender client but after the story came out, you returned the money to him. You took it initially. Once again, too little, too late.

A simple attempt to match comings and goings with payroll records has been thwarted right out of the gate with good old fashioned, "I.T."
Surveillance footage of the exterior doors of an area courthouse was legally requested in writing two hours BEFORE the work week surveillance period requested would end at four o'clock. The County knew. Records prove the email was in posession of the guardian of records, the county Sheriff and official PIA portal for the county in short order. The Sheriff is over security. The PIA portal can be required.

Onalaska, the beleagured capitol of corruption was the site of big Dill freyer's most recent campaign stop. A photo was displayed at the time as Freyer was peddling his fermented cukes so he can donate proceeds to the next non profit willing to embrace him. Last time it was SAAFE House. Failure To Appear to prosecute a murder trial is but one of the most recent abominations of Rob 'us' Freyer's illegal antics. Hired for his alleged prowess as a felony prosecutor even though warned by me that freyer is a drunk, leaves the SJC DA with egg on his face. The worst is yet to come if reliable Sentinel sources are to be believed. A felony crime in the guise of a quid pro quo scheme offered by Freyer in the presence of multiple credible and proven community members should result in felony charges.

MURDER CASE DOWN IN FLAMES
Freyer's "Big Murder Case' he has been touting on his campaign website resulted in yet another aquittal on all charges yesterday after only 4 or so hours of jury deliberation. "The case was lost after the second witness testified." one seasoned court watcher shared. Another pointed out that this tragic domestic death case had many flaws. 1. No gunshot residue test had been conducted. 2.No fingerprinting of the gun was done. 3. No trigger pressure pull test conducted. The lead investigator was never called to testify. Why?
"A negligent homicide or manslaughter case could have been made but the elements required for murder were not there." There was no opening left for the jury to consider a lesser charge so the jury did Aquit Dylan Morse on the tragic death of his wife. Testimony proved that she was physically fighting him to try and take the gun out of his left hand when it went off.
Freyer tries to mislead the public on his involvement in this case. He barely stuck his head in the door a few times.
Freyer was spotted in a local Livingston Restaurant of good reputation drinking wine just after 11 am this morning. The Sentinel has been attempting to search for any jury trial victories for Freyer and can't find one. Please, anyone in the DA's office that can provide proof Freyer ever won a jury trial, please forward to me.

Mystery solved by photo accompanying a 2016 photo taken by The Sentinel and published on our 'Election' page. Of course this is old technology and AI takes it to a whole new demension of falsehood.

FRANTIC FREYER FALSIFIES FIGURINE
In his desperate and lying 'implication ads', robber the dirty deep fryer is using AI to create photo's of him with President Donald Trump implying an endorsement that is not there.
The Sentinel did contact the White House to confirm if President Trump has endorsed Freyer. Nothing of the sort. So when you see his fake ads, just know robber freyer's experience with AI has come in handy.
The Texas Ethics Commission (“Commission”) has been asked on numerous occasions about the permissibility of a public officer’s1 use of government resources for political advertising. For example, we have been asked whether a public officer may be interviewed in his or her government office for use in a campaign video. In the circumstances described above, the government resources come into the public officer’s custody or possession by virtue of holding the public office. SUMMARY A public officer, including a statewide officer, legislator, county officer, municipal officer, or school district officer, would be prohibited from using government resources, such as the officer’s office in a government building, to create a photograph, video, or other communication for political advertising because the officer has custody or possession of the government resources by virtue of holding the public office.
What is just one more violation of the law for robber Freyer? No one except The Sentinel is going to call him down for his crimes apparently. Recent correspondence with the DA's office proves that not so much as a disciplinary note or reprimand has been entered in the file of robber freyer for stealing two 8 hour days of pay, tampering with govt payroll records or using the 258th courtroom bench as a back drop for a political ad in a recent issue of the News Times. The picture at left is on robber freyer's fb page utilizing the 228th bench since he got clean away with using the 258th bench.
Is robber freyer just corrupt among corrupt, stupid or above the law?
Freyer's crime of confiscating the attorney client priviledge papers from a defendant's jail cell including all of Gibson's defense strategy, defense witnesses and contact info, lawyer correspondence etc so he could cheat to win is the source of the butt hurt freyer suffers from to this day. The sharp reprimand robber freyer got from the incumbant 258th District Judge along with him suspending robber freyer's right to practice law in his court is still stuck in robber freyer's craw. What a punk who has to cheat to win and gets mad about being caught. Robber freyer's "tough on crime" claim gives me a belly laugh. He seems to forget that stats don't lie, people do. Apparently freyer forgot about the Chronicle article regarding his prowess at plea bargaining so many charges in Montgomery during his troubled tenure there.
We found an old Sentinel article from 2018 that breaks down the stats for back then.
It will be interesting to compare and contrast them to the stats for the last year.

FREYER HIRES SLICK WILLIE
Our same reliable sources that predicted from day one that the election case would be thrown out last year states that Dirty Deep Freyer has hired a slick political flyer producer to create and distribute mailers to the voters in the Tri County 258th District. An expert in double speak and half truths with plenty of shiney gloss is over the Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM) Project for the Freyer group. The nefarious effort will include several different mailings with claims that are not true. The jist of the glossy slick ads will be claiming The Honorable 258th District Judge Kitchens is, "soft on crime" and mistate facts on some old cases. Surely The Sentinel readers remember freyer skipping work to go to Polk Co to do opposition research for his slick willie flyers then charging SJC a full 8 hours for each day.
Just wait until these mailers hit and we get to put out the actual stats proving the lies. Refuting false political ads was and remains our original and continued mission here at The Sentinel.
1/9/2024TYLER UTMB Spokesperson confirmed Gibson is alert and conscious and is, "Doing fine." He could not take the call because he is in custody and the Sheriff's policy did not allow it.
1/8/2024NACOGDOCHES SJC INMATE INJURED AGAIN
The San Jacinto County inmate who brought the prosecutorial misconduct case against ADA Freyer has been injured again. Lana Shadwick's client,Kenneth Gibson was moved to Polk Co Jail 'for protection' and Lyons brought in a TDCJ inmate, failed to find a weapon on him and exposed Gibson to him. Gibson was stabbed and cut ending up in the hospital. Byron Lyons failed to notify SJC Jail their inmate was injured until after The Sentinel ran the story.
Subsequently, Gibson's attny Shadwick proved ADA Freyer had illegally searched his cell and taken lawyer client papers in Polk Co Gibson was then moved to Nacogdoches County Jail for 'protection'.
Now Sentinel sources proved Gibson was in the hospital with spinal injuries and a brain bleed. The Major at the Nacogdoches jail claims there was no assault and that Gibson, "took a fall".
We are seeking more information.

EMERGENCY ORDER SOUGHT
A motion to go ahead amd release Kenneth Gibson on a plea deal reached with the new prosecutor, Pro Tem BEFORE the life threatening incident occurred has been submitted by Gibson's attorney, Lana Shadwick. To a court observer, like The Sentinel, it appears that intentional stalls in executing a 'time served' plus plea deal has allowed two seperate distant jails to expose an Arian 'tatted' prisoner to a known environment dangerous to him.
When questioned as to why he craw fished on the plea deal he already offered, the prosecutor Pro Tem admitted he had been pressured to do so by his phone, "blowing up". Now we have three seperate counties involved with Liability for Gibson's safety.
Granted, ADA Rob Freyer took a butt chewing from The Honorable 12th District Judge, David Mooreman who stood up for the inmates, "lawyer/client privilege rights. Still this whole stalled out mess REEKS of retaliation. Stabbed and sliced with razor wire in Polk Co. No one reports it to SJC until I run the story.

SJC DA RECUSED
A controversial story about an argument in the SJC DA's office spilling into the halls of justice a week or two ago has resulted in the SJC DA's office being recused from prosecuting the case against a Marine Veteran.
A disagreement over the terms of a plea bargain being changed from the agreed verbal terms when put into writing upset The Vet leading to the argument and disruptive incident.
"It could have all been avoided." one Criminal Justice source stated, "if The Vet's attorney had simply shown up and helped correct the error."
We did interview the Vet's attorney of record, Bobby Phillips who admitted that he did not show up. "I wasn't even there." was the Polk Co attorney's admission "and I have withdrawn from that case."{Phillips added clarifying he withdrew after the ruckus occured.
Due to the late hour, we could not confirm that a Motion to Withdraw as attorney of record has been filed with The Court or granted by The Court.
On an interesting side note, when I did call the Vet's attorney for an interview, he instructed, "Keep my name out of it Steve".

Preliminary indicators are that The Administrative Judge may just move the case to the Polk County DA's office instead of bringing in an outside prosecutor.
Why was the misdemeanor prosecutor handling the felony case? We thought Fryer is the felony ADA. Is he too busy politicking illegally still? Asking for a friend.

SJC ADA ROB 'dirty deep' FREYER DROPS GOOD ADA IN GREASE
So busy politicking before it was legal and joining all the local civic organizations for political purpose, SJC Felony FIRST ADA, Rob 'dirty deep' FREYER dropped his subordinate Misdomeaner ADA in the grease. Freyer's dereliction of duty. is the only reason ADA Dodson was having to deal with a felony case that Rob 'dirty deep' Freyer had been hired and paid to do.
Between Freyer dropping Dodson in the grease and attorney Phillips dropping the vet in the grease, now both Dodson and Dillon are under investigation for the complaint when Dodson is by many peers, considered one of the most trustworthy attorneys in the office.

FREYER FLASHES BADGE, ABUSES OFFICIAL CAPACITY
For the purpose of personal gain in the form of opposition research for his personal political agenda, agg Rob,the 'dirty deep fryer' used his badge to gain access to sensitive files. Feigning 'official business', freyer accessed the hard copy of the Eli Binnion file strictly for the purpose of formulating a false narrative for an illegal campaign ad planned to come out in the News Times. All of the publically available info can be searched on the computer maintained for public access by the Polk County District Clerk.
One trusted Criminal Justice source remarked about the two days freyer spent in the Binnion file on what he portrayed as official business to mean that The Polk County DA had recused her office from the Binnion case. They wondered if she had engaged Freyer a prosecutor pro tem.
The Sentinel has confirmed that there has been no recusal or request for an outside prosecutor to even help on the case.
This seems like the perfect place to LINK VIDEO in comments where Texas AG, Ken Paxton addresses the problem of criminal district attorneys that are criminals. Take note around the three minute twenty second mark for the pertinent remarks. Here you go General Paxton. A slam dunk case delivered with a bow on it. I won't hold my breath because you are the same AG that ignored all of Lee Hon's crimes against me when he was running for office. Freyer is just taking a page out of the Hon criminal DA play book.

CRIMINAL ADA POKES FINGERS IN BLIND EYES
Lady Justice will be permanently blinded if lawlessness in her very bosom persists and SJC'S ada Rob 'dirty deep' Freyer is not held to account for his crimes. Freyer is Sworn with the duty that I would call pivilege to seek Truth and justice. Instead freyer has proven himself to be a criminal. We have that proof in the form of documents and photographic files. That is just the most recent. We can't forget freyer illegally seizing the private papers of inmate Gibson a year or so ago violating his civil rights and his attorney client privilege. That lawlessness went unpunished other than a stern rebuke from the258th District Judge and necessitated appt of prosecutor pro tem on Gibson's case. Judge Trapp had to protect Gibson's rights from Freyer.
The most telling of all of Freyer's 'low hanging fruit' violations of public decency was being the featured speaker at a criminal's family protest against the 258th District court system on our own courthouse steps.
The case was the most horrific murders in SJC history caused and perpetrated by Mexican cartel activity in Pct 3. The family of the murdered didn't recognize the concept of innocent until proven guilty or the constitutional right of reasonable bail
Freyer chose to stand at their podium on their P.A. system and condemn a sitting District judge for following the law and the constitution TO THE LETTER OF THE LAW just to gain political support from the crowd. Then the payroll scandal proving Freyer is falsifying payroll records and stealing from tax payers. It looks like dirty deep Freyer is going to be the low hanging fruit candidate that just keeps on giving this election season.

Even after The Sentinel ran an article fortelling Freyer's intention to run an illegal political ad in the News-Times, the Dumb.Ass. ran the illegal ad in the News-Times pictured at left. I added the 'no way' symbol and strike thru line to his illegal ad submitted by a reader for voter's education. Two violations. The legally required disclaimer naming treasurer and address is missing and using a picture of the inside of the District Courtroom in his political ad is ethical no no 101.
THEN After The Sentinel ran the story about getting open records to compare time sheets with documented comings and goings, Freyer the D A submitted falsified hours sheets. Not the brightest bulb in the box.
"ROBBERt" Freyer. I have two questions in light of the thefts we have proof of so far and your other legal and ethical violations. They are:
1. Are you too stupid to know the laws of the Great State of Texas?
2. Do you know the laws well enough to pass the B.A.R. (British Accreditation Registry) but think you are above those laws and untouchable?
If you answer in the affirmative on question one, nuff said. If you answer yes to question 2, I refer you back to question 1. Let me know.

He also took the Texas Trooper Badge avatar down and replaced it with a display of why he has 'roid rage' so bad he and his FORMER cop partner beat an innocent black man to a pulp. Steroids make great looking muscles but the trade out is they shrink your nuts so much you have to fight an old man two against one.

FACEBOOK OUTS DISPICABLE DEED
A corporal with the Huntsville PD made the facebook post at left. There is only one candidate for the District Judge bench besides the Incumbant Honorable Travis Kitchens and that is SJC ADA Rob Freyer. Public records prove that Judge Kitchens was in court in Trinity for a hearing.
The entire SJC DA's office including Freyer were at the funeral. We did find people who confirm that Freyer was there.
