1. Discuss and take action on request from Jennifer Green to use the Community Center for a wellness program which includes exercise class on 3 nights a week.
2. Discuss the offer to purchase the Cantu building at 16 & 28 N. Liberty, Shepherd Texas for City use; and take action if necessary.
3. Discuss getting an appraisal of the Cantu building at 16 & 28 N. Liberty, Shepherd Texas, and take action if necessary.
4. Discuss and approve, if necessary, the City Attorney to prepare a purchase contract for the Cantu building at 16 & 28 N. Liberty Shepherd Texas, subject to an appraisal.
5. Set a public hearing to amend the budget by cashing a cd to pay for the purchase of the Cantu building at 16 & 28 N. Liberty Shepherd Texas.
