SJC current District Clerk, Tammie Currie dropped a Vet in the grease this morning. Sitting on a granted 'Motion to withdraw' that was duly signed by the Judge for the Marine vet's attorney last May. Notice remained undelivered even though required by law in the Rules of Civil Proceedure 306 A "3. Notice of Judgment. When the final judgment or other appealable order is signed, the clerk of the court must immediately send the judgment or order to the parties as provided in Rule 21(f)(10)."

Currie's abject failure led to a vet being on the docket with no representation. According to the vet, Honorable 258th District Judge Kitchens did reset a hearing for the Veteran.

The main complaints we have had during her tenure is that Ms. Currie's failure to forward pertinent info in the past has caused inmates to sit in jail with no court date or attorney for weeks or even months. Sources in the Criminal Justice system state that SJC Sheriff, Sam Houston has taken extra effort to make sure the inmate list and arrests information gets to the courts regardless of district clerk Currie's failures.

STAGGERING STATISTIC SURFACES

Since 2022, over 60 percent of criminal cases have been dismissed by DA's office and a bunch more pled down to minor crimes. What does that say about the quality of investigation before bringing charges? It says at least 6 out of 10 criminal cases should have NEVER even been filed.

When you watch all of the you tube videos of auditors arrested for non crimes, it makes you question the revenue cycle. Who profits from dismissed cases? Tow companies. Probation and bond companies. Corrupt DAs Where is the disconnect? Remember Hon's dismissal rate?

England, Ireland andother former bastions of free speech have succumbed to the invasion of the nation of islam in the guise of a religion. Just yesterday, I ran across a short video. In it a woman of color by todays verbage, said that I, as a white man cannot use the 'N' word despite the prevelaence of it's use in the black culture because it was none 'yo business' what they do in their culture.

My unhesitant comment was, "Nigga Please! even though at most, she was high yellow.

CONSTABLE INDICTED

In the tragic wreck that took a life and injured another, intoxication was the cause resulting in Intoxication Manslaughter and Intoxication Assault charges being leveled against Constable Phillips. Liberty Co DA, Jennifer Bergman kept the case close to her vest until ready to move forward with it. The Grand Jury handed down the two indictments according to the Blue Bonnet news article.

Contrast that to the recent sweeping under the rug of a SJC Deputy wrecking his patrol vehicle with Cocaine in his system per UA test.

Complete and total ineptness as a sheriff was put on full display by the soon to be ex sheriff of Polk County. Lyons singlehandedly allowed the child killer, to roam the streets of Polk County looking for a victim when Lyons had the evidence to lock the bastard up some time back. KENNETH DALE LOWERY UNDER SCRUTINY

In keeping with our long time motto at The Sentinel that, "Truth Demands Scrutiny", credible allegations that constable candidate, Kenneth Dale Lowery was removed from the Coldspring Consolidated I.S.D. as an employee for theft of fuel and money are being investigated.

As is our rule of thumb, we only began the investigation after more than one credible source made the allegations since Lowery signed up to run for the Pct 3 constable position. According to sources, Lowery is the current corrupt constable's hand picked preference as successor. Two close to the situation state that Sparta was only put up to run as a lightening rod for me in hopes that Lowery would get a pass.

We have submitted an open records request to review Lowery's personnell file. By not asking for copies up front, we hope to bypass the ten day rule that allows them to give me an estimate of costs. We want to get the truth out well before the March primary election so that the most informed voters possible will go to the polls.

Both sources are batting a thousand with The Sentinel so we consider the allegations to be credible. Those same sources claim Lowery is making political calls in the community so if someone will ask him to give me a call at 036 730 5717, maybe he can shed a little light on the topic.

ADA SPORTS 'MOP HEAD' PER JUROR

'By the second day, his hair looked like she had mopped the floor with him" was a comment by one juror about the stalking/harassment case Rob Freyer was prosecuting. According to another court room observor, Freyer was attempting to enter several images of text messages with no proof who sent them. Combined with repeated questions that were obviously attempts to leadthe witness, Freyer got his butt handed to him with a not guilty from the jury. We call this no evidence prosecution, 'Gossip prosecution".

We all know you are just a mouth because you can so easily hide ytourself behind a keyboard. That is ok though because I cut my teeth slicing and dicing your kind.

If you had reading comprehension, you would know exactly where the case is. In the SJC DA's office. I did turn over all the evidence that I had come up with to him.

The Sentinel did submit an inquiry today as to the status of the case and will report what we find out.

There are a few interesting details that I have not shared with The Sentinel Readers. 1.) There are two Brandi Wright women in SJC and both work as first responders.

2). One of the Brandi's stole the supplies and records from Calvary Baptist Church Christian Academy and lied about having a non profit and owning the school. She took the supplies and records to her property.

3.) One of the Brandi's left her husband, was cheating with the fire chief and eventually divorced and remarried that fire chief.

4.) One of the Brandi's has been accused of pilfering VFD monies by manipulation of votes in the department. We found out that each VFD is autonomous financially. The ESD board does not control their spending.

5.) We found a bunch of sordid peyton place goings on in the life of at least one Brandi Wright. Which one? Both are married but One is a swinger that likes women too if the allegations presented are true. Which one?

My last conversation with the DA was that he was waiting to hear from the IRS on tax filings and how slow or non responsive they can be.

6.) The pastor and congregation of Calvary took the devestating theft in stride and opened their Christian Academy right on time. They still dont have the school records Brandi Wright stole.

7.) Pastor has no interest in stirring the stink but apparently your mouthy self does.

ONCE IN A LIFETIME PHOTO SUBMITTED TO SENTINEL

A little back story. We all know the saying, "Once a Marine, Always a Marine". That was brought home to me some years ago when I said to a lady that her husband of 60 years was a 'former Marine". "Oh NO, he is still a Marine" she corrected instantly, he is just retired for now." Considerining that they have been married since 20 years old and are both octogenerians, I took her at her word. When they decided to downsize and move closer to their children, her husband, a quiet and reserved man, took one of his favorite portraits of a Bald Eagle flying off of his wall and told her, "Give this to Steve", it was instantly and remains one of my most prized posessions. I have shared often that my most ardent supporters and sources are honest people in the Criminal Justice System, Veterans and quite often, both of those. A Veteran who is also a cop just can't seem to stomach the crooked ones.

Most Sentinel readers will recognize Chris Lima in the left side of this photo. He is sitting outside the courtroom in Walker Co facing justice for his crimes. Thank you DA Durham. More on that in the story just below but this photo is about the Marine in the other corner.

Several years ago when The Sentinel started exposing the crimes of the former DA, Lee Hon and he filed 7 felony crimes on me, it was a Marine I had never met who stepped up and made a payment to my attorney. When Lee Hon refused to accept an open records request for Lima's file from the Polk Co S.O., it was a Marine that taught me to send it via Fax and get the sent receipt. (a classic flanking maneuver) When Lee Hon refused to let his staff accept payment for the records fom me, I wrote about calling in the Marines. The truth is, it was just one Marine and he personally delivered the payment and made them take it. Neither Hon nor Coleman would step out from behind the bullet proof glass to face him in person.

You see, Lima made the mistake of picking on a girl this Marine loves. Lima and Hon filed false charges on her in an attempt to steal her home and renege on the contract agreement. It cost thousands of dollars but the charges were proven false and retalitory.

Lima made himself an enemy. The Marine did all he culd to remove Lima's cover, the corrupt Lee Hon. The Marine researched and found where several women have filed for protective orders against Lima for themselves and their children. The Marine filed a civil lawsuit and won but the court would never enforce the orders. Lima skated time after time.

Now they sit across the hall with Lima unable to meet the eyes of the Marine.

COALLITION TAKES BREATHER, REGROUPS

The citizen's group that formed in an effort to deflect the criticisms aimed at individuals who dared to speak up against Lee Hon's corruption has reformed. A citizen group of nearly 20 folks who encompass all walks of life have decided to press for the jailing of Lee Hon for his crimes. Ousting him from office was the main thrust of the groups efforts but now a total dissatisfaction with the complete disregard of Hon's criminal enterprise is motivating the group to once again press for justice.

The members are rich and poor, fat and thin, male and female, every skin color, socio economic strata and even includes outlaws and lawmen.

The common denominator is they all believe Hon should pay for his tenure of terror on Hiway 59.

"Hawg Law is what you call it" one member clarified, "when a corrupt DA uses his office to retaliate against political foes."

The abject failure of any "public ingetrity" unit, state or federal to take up the evidence of Hon's crimes and do anything about it is a crime in its own rite.

After his ouster at the polls, the more Hon's files are opened and subjected to scrutiny, the more evidence of his criminal nature comes to light. The new DA, Responding to an openrecords request has led to the discovery of one hispanic inmate that has been in the county jail for seven years with no conviction or even a trial. L.U.L.A.C. has assigned a representative to the case. The DA's office and the courts are working diligently to tackle the backlog of "BURIED" cases Hon ignored proving the old adage, "you might beat the rap but you won't beat the ride".

The most glaring example of so called public integrity unit is them ignoring Hon's federal voting law violation of requesting, filling out and filing his mothers ballot in the election he lost so bad.

Her husband and caretaker of many years stated that Ms. Rita Hon never requested her mail in ballot nor did she file it. The public record proves the ballot was requested to be mailed to Lee Hon's mailing address, not his mothers.

SPARTA RESIGNS

Separation paperwork has been filed. The Sentinel did request an update from TCOLE this am to find out the status of Sparta's commission.

We have had an opportunity to interview Peter Sparta today. He claims there are some errors in my story. He did not go to jail the other night because he did not do anything wrong Sparta said. There are two sides to the story.

MONTGOMERY CO 5/28/2023

SPARTA TAKES CAKE AS REPEAT OFFENDER

According to reliable sources in the law enforcement community, Peter Joseph Sparta was the subject of a call for Domestic Violence AGAIN last night. A Montgomery County S.O. deputy arrived at the scene and according to the first report to The Sentinel, had infact detained Peter Joseph Sparta but ended up letting him go. The only statement I could get was that instead of arrest and booking, the case was "turned over to investigators".

Considering that the time before last when the law was called on Sparta for domestic violence and he was arrested, the ADA to Ligon was at the jail before the booking papers ink was dry and dismissed the case against Sparta stating in his official narrative that the case was dismissed because , "Terms were met".

We asked, "What Terms" but Ligon doesn't seem to appreciate the work The Sentinel does. The Montgomery Co. Sheriff did release the requested records.

We were able to get the offense report and read about Sparta both threatening his wife/spouse/partner with his gun but also putting his pistol to his own head threatening to harm himself. On that incident, the S.O. and jail did the exact right thing. investigated, arrested, booked in and saw him released before the ink was dry. Is that why the deputy did not take him in last night? Does he think there is no point because Sparta will just be released again?

In a seperate incident after that prior arrest for domestic violence, Sparta was arrested and charged with interferring with an emergency call. It was another domestic violence incident that had prompted her to make the emergency call.

Sparta arranged bond and turn himself in up the country in Houston County and was released. We were made aware of the arrest and were able to report the incident to the voters of SJC.

Sam Houston isn't honest enough to admit he is and has been running a county wide race and that he intends to run for sheriff of SJC in 2024. We have all seen the, "Sam Houston 2024" signs all over SJC. Sam Houston has been one of the most corrupt lawmen whose tenure The Sentinel has followed. He ranks right up there with FORMER Constable Lou Rogers and FORMER DA, Lee Hon. It is bad enough that Sam Houston was stupid enough to text a beautiful young woman in his precinct threatening her with going to jail and losing her kids if she did not meet him, "one on one" but even worse is that despite documented proof subitted to Texas Rangers on down, Houston was never prosecuted. Seems to be a pattern. Is it because of his name sake?

Last I checked, TCOLE had Sparta's commission on 'administrative hold'.

After some time interviewing Sparta, he claims the records that were given to me years ago showing his arrest and prosecution are photoshopped and that the arrest never occurred. Digging deeper, I have confirmed that there is no record in the Harris Co district Clerks online records. The media spokesperson for the Harris Co DA has no record but aknowledges that the juvenile laws are complicated and a specialty niche which he is no expert in.

Sparta has provided documents stating that an arrest for sexual assault of a child cannot be sealed or espunged even if the perpetrator is a juvenile at the time. The Harris Co DA spokesperson could not venture into commenting on that aspect of the law as he just didn't know.

This document shows therapy will be needed to treat Ms. Struve's strangulation injuries.

3/27/2023 POLK COUNTY

DOMESTIC ABUSE PERP ARRESTED IN COURTROOM

Polk County District Attorney, The Honorable Shelly Bush Sitton kept her cards close to her vest until Frank Struve waltzed his punk ass into the 411th District Court room last week thinking he was just there for a hearing. Armed with a warrant for his arrest, Ms. Sitton let the hearing proceed until she announced that she had a warrant for Frank's arrest. The deputies took him into custody, took him downstairs and booked him in on an 'Assault Causes Bodily Injury' charge.

Sentinel readers will remember the series of stories we did last year regarding Frank Struve strangling his wife, Dana and Lee Hon nor Polk County S.O. would do a damn thing about it. We published the medical records from her E.R. Visit confirming it was a strangulation injury that had caused permanent injury. I have in my posession, recordings of Ms. Struve taking those medical records into the S.O. and the DA's office the next day asking both agencies to put the medical records inthe file. According to Sentinel sources, neither agency had those medical records in their file despite Ms. Struve's best effort.

The more I looked into this case, the more I wondered why Hon seemed to be shielding Struve from any repercussions for his actions. Here was a battered wife willing to tell her story, provide proof in the form of medical records and photos taken by a nurse of prior injuries. Injuries that ranged from multiple bruises to a cigarette burn on one breast. The most troubling aspect was that no matter how hard she tried to move and hide from Frank, he kept finding her. HOW??? Having read a deposition from one ex who ended up with her brains blown out on her front porch and hearing a tape recorded call of another ex who is afraid of him and both wondering how he kept finding them. I dug and dug.

Then I found a document that may offer the answer. Paul Struve, Frank's brother, as of last year's TCOLE report obtained by The Sentinel shows he, was a special agent with Texas DPS.

The picture below was taken the same night his wife states that he not only threatened her with his gun repeatedly but physically assaulted her. The pistol pictured has a factory laser sight on it the he seemed to enjoy playing across her body while breathing threats if the woman is to be believed. This picture is taken in her home.

We are digging for the warrant and probable cause dcuments but sources say Judge Brown gave a protective order AGAINST Dana Struve to protect Frank Struve from her and Judge Wells issued a PR bond for Frank Struve so quick, he never went to jail on the assault charge.

CLEVELAND 3/15/2023

B'LOOS' NEWS LOSES CLUES

B'loos' News, AKA, BlueBonnet News out of Cleveland, Texas is up to her old tricks and and has shown her true 'source'. (see photo at left) The so called, b'loos' news recently relased a story attacking the 258th District Judge, The Honorable Travis Kitchens with false, misleading headlines and a narrative that skips over the truth of the matter. For those who followed her lying efforts for the prior Hon campaign (do NOT confuse it with this Hon campaign) and his tactics then, we can call this false narrative, 'Eli Binnion 2.0 . Sentinel readers will remember Hon's effort then of taking a plea deal before the court that HE came up with, agreed with the defendant and his attorney, presented to the court and then attacked the same Judge with the lie that the judge just arbitrairly came up with the punishment when it was Hon's idea. Not only was it Hon's idea, the terms were cconsistant with well over a dozen similar cases Hon had pled down prior to that one. Just more of the same from the Blue Bonnet group.

Same method is employed in this see thru attempt to discredit a fair and honest judge. Hon is having withdrawals from his power fix like a strung out junkie.

Just like in this recent article, Vanessa was quick to publish some bs crap so we figured we would show you her source. She must be just a 'sittin and thinkin' till she is bloo in the face to dream up this nonsense.

Note to Vanessa. We the people understand that the judge does NOT even get to see the plea bargain until the DA, the defendant and the defendant's attorney have hashed it out and agreed to it. The DA can prevent the judge from having the opportunity to even rule on accept the deal they put forward just by taking it to trial. Now I wonder just exactly who in the SJC DA office would put this nonsense out to the Bloos News? Do you really think the voters are that forgetful and stupid Bloos News? Note to locals. These underhand tactics are detrimental to a political career in SJC. Just ask Hon how it worked out for him when he did the SAME EXACT BS.

All the way to the last line, Bloos News was lying. The Sentinel did confirm that Vanesa did infact contact Judge Kitchens office looking for a comment but, as is her style, fails to mention that NO District Judge is going to make a comment on a case still pending before his court. The fact that she did call and did request a comment PROVES again, her lack of integrity. She only made the request so she could use the closing line, "if he responds" to take one last false dig at the Judge.

Folks need to understand why I am so quick to call Vanesa down for her lies. The first time I met her was when she was editor of the Advocate and ran a false story about The Sentinel way back when she was carrying water for the corrupt ex commissioner, Royce G. Wells and corrupt ex constable, Lou E. Rogers. She already knew her story was a lie but I brought her proof anyway. She ran the false story front page above the fold but only offered a blip buried on page six as a correction. We have called her out for her lies multiple times since then.

This whole mess is a shallow attempt to discredit an honest man with lies. At least Vanesa admits that the DA is the one reccomending the sentencing later in the story where it says the DA is reccomending 10 years per robbery for another defendant. How shallow is it as a DA to offer a plea deal on behalf of the state and then turn around and attack the Judge for granting it? We understand that Todd Dillon was trained by Lee Hon and his dad is a big financial supporter of Lee Hon but don't treat us like we are stupid.

My greatest objection to a DA and a corrupt reporter joining forces to perpetrate this fraudulent story are that this BS endangers the Judges. After Willie Openshaw hammered the same judge with the exact same type of false narrative when Hon was running before, The judge and his staff received many death threats. Below is just one irresponsible comment off of the Bloos News page.Vanesa's faiure to delete this call for violence against a sitting District Judge and his family speaks volumes to her lack of integrity.

Lets get a few facts out there. 1) This defendant was NOT involved in a 'shootout, he was shot.

2) This defendant has no prior criminal record, is and has been gainfully employed and is married and has minor children he is supporting.

3) The DA offered the plea deal, not the judge.

4) This defendant has been on bond for several years and has kept his nose clean.

5) If he violates the deferred adjudication probation terms, he will go away for a long time.

We were hopeful that with a sound defeat of Lee Hon in the last election, these type of corrupt campaigns would be a thing of the past. Alas, dirty politics are alive and well in SJC and the Bloos News.

COLDSPRING 1/`1/14/2023

ADA RUNS MOUTH, PLAYS HAND

A relative new hire for the SJC District Attorney's office, Robert Freyer, settles in to work here amid controversy swirling in Montgomery County. Sentinel sources insist that Freyer was told by Bret Ligon, Mont Co DA, to, "find another job" after allegations Freyer showed up on a crime scene in Montgomery County, "drunk as cooter brown".

The Sentinel obtained Freyer's personell file from Ligon and did not find any reference to the alleged drunken caper so we called Freyer directly for an interview.

"What are you doing getting my personell file" Freyer demanded of me in an irritated tone when I posed my direct question to him regarding his tenure in Montgomery County and reason for leaving. Freyer denied the drunken caper but his tone regarding my success in obtaining his personnel file told me all I needed to know about this guy.

"Well if you didn't like that, Mr. Freyer, how bout this?" "I am going to request your personnel file where you are now, . . TODAY, just to show you that I can and I will."

"Efforts to verify the allegations with the DA or members of the staff in the Montgomery Co. DA's office were met with, "We can neither confirm nor deny those allegations".

Mr. Freyer undoubtedly has a great deal of trial experience coming from such an active office and SJC DA, Todd Dillion has expressed to The sentinel that he considers Mr. Freyer to be a valuable addition to his staff. Others in the Criminal Justice system are not so sure. "He passes Mr. Dillon notes on what to do like he is in charge and leads him around" is the main complaint. One worker shared an arrogant comment Freyer made regarding his intent to do all he can to see one of our sitting District Judges removed from the bench.

We have not been able to verify the drunken caper allegation yet but one thing we did confirm through those open records is that Freyer took a 50 percent pay cut to come to SJC. He went from near 144k a year as chief prosecutor in Montgomery co to70k as ADA and has to drive further. Makes me wonder who is being honest here. My sources in Montgomery County or Mr. Freyer? We are still seeking other open records to try and narrow it down.

Even though we asked for them specifically, there is no application/resume' or letters of reference or background check info in either personell file we have obtained.

Research on the Texas State Bar website indicate there are no public disciplinary actions on file against Freyer but goes on to state, "Sanctions that indicate a judgment is on appeal are still in effect but are not final and subject to change. To request a copy of a disciplinary judgment that is not available online or for more information about a specific disciplinary sanction listed above, please contact the Office of the chief Disciplinary Counsel at (877) 953-5535."

We will be there Tuesday and bring our findings to the Sentinel readers but in the meantime Mr. Freyer, there are three things you should know about SJC. We don't want to be lied to. We don't want to be lied on and we damn sure don't want you using your position for political purpose. It is that simple.

A Tommy Coleman pet doctrine is playing out in Polk County Court today as the State shows up unpreopaired again and wants to change the indictment . . . . again. By flipping to the Tommy Coleman doctrine of "interfere nce" rather than 'obstruction/retaliation as the "Underlying crime" for the organized crime charges is not only a delay, it exposes the acceptence of the Coleman doctrine.

Long time Sentinel readers may remember the article where I summed up Coleman's pulished statement about his concept of interference, that no matter who or why someone called the law, just them being out with you instead of taking care of other official business, you are 'interferring' with his performance of public duty.

Under Coleman's doctrine, if you are protesting on a corner with a sign and a cop is called by whomever, you the protestor can be charged with 'Interfernce" just because that cop could be filling out a report at the precinct instead.

I believe the term I used in my article was, 'slippery slope".

If they get a conviction on Brandon White, it will effect three other prominent auditors on their 'organized crimes' cases and every other citizen in this country.

Coleman was all for requiring state licensing of journalists about the same time he dreamed this crap up.

Every auditor encounter you can watch these days, the cops start hollering 'interference' and obstruction to force them to ID. Their favorite right tramplingquote is "officer safety'.

If we don't use our rights, we lose them.

Until Hon goes to jail for the retalitory criminal charges he has already perpetrated, nothing will change. In this one case, our first amendment, 2nd amendment, 4th amendment are all on the line not to mention our probable cause protections.

CRIMINAL CONSTABLE CRIMINAL PROOF

Former SJC Pct 4 constable, Lou E. 'Lou' Rogers, proven criminal and failed judge candidate was the subject of a Sentinel Alert open records request that has borme fruit.

The image at left is a snip of an email header wtih an attached private investigator report numbering nearly 300 pages. As shown in the redacted image, the report was forwarded by Lou Rogers to former County Judge, John Lovett. The extesive private investigator report was on a political opponent of both Lou Rogers and John Lovett.

Long time Sentinel readers will remember lou rogers and Lovett 'partnering up' on a gun course and Lovett acting on the counsel of rogers that eventually cost him his judgeship in SJC.

This report that Lou Rogers ordered from private investigator, Ross Provensado was delivered to Lou Rogers directly from the private investigator. The report has a disclaimer on the top of each page saying, "for licensed private investigator use only' yet it was distributed to Lou Rogers for money.

The criminal aspect of this case is that the report plainly lists the name, birthdate, addresses, email addresses, social security numbers and drivers license numbers of the subject of the report and their immediate family.

(b) A person commits an offense if the person, with the intent to harm or defraud another, obtains, possesses, transfers, or uses an item of:

(1) identifying information of another person without the other person’s consent or effective consent;

(2) information concerning a deceased natural person, including a stillborn infant or fetus, that would be identifying information of that person were that person alive, if the item of information is obtained, possessed, transferred, or used without legal authorization; or

(3) identifying information of a child younger than 18 years of age.

The code goes on to state that if you posess or pass on three or more persons identifying informatiuonthat it is PRESUMED that there is a fraudulent intent.

ARLO GLEN DUMAS is the first person to display Li Hon's political signs in SJC and Polk Co as far as I can tell. That proves he got his special delivery.

Who is Arlo Glen Dumas you might ask? Dumas is is Li Hon's hit man in Pointblank.

Dumas plead guilty and was convicted of "Sexual Abuse of a Child" in Utah.

After the constant publication on the fb page listing Hon's staunchest political opponent's ex's address that is the subject of one of the formal complaints filed against 'tyler evans', Dumas is the one who tore down the lady's no trespass signs and backed over her gate post so her gate would no longer open and close.

Dumas is the one who assaulted her 65 year old ex husband in the streets of Pointblank when he went and verbally warned Dumas not to treaspass on her property again.

Dumas is the DUMBASS that took out his pistol and fired off multiple rounds multiple times in front of eye witnesses while the old man was on the phone with dispatch.

Dumas is the one who neither the constable or the SJC Deputies would arrest for the assault or reckless discharge in a small lot neighborhood.

Dumas is the one who has gone months now without arrest for an assault that put the old man in the ER, or the wreckless discharge.

Dumas is the one who former Hon ADA, Dillon, can't seem to bring himself to file any charges on or even execute a Criminal Trespass Warning on behalf of the woman.

Dumas is Hon's number one (according to sign delivery sequence) supporter. Even the soon to be SJC DA Dillion's dad who plans Hon a fund raiser doesn't have a Hon sign out yet.

FEAR MONGERS UNITED, MINIONS IN THE WOODWORK

INSTANT quicksand is the result of playing on satan's playground commonly known as "FEAR". Things just disappear. Quick as a blink, they are swallowed up. Probable cause rights, freedom of speech, freedom of assembly, freedom to travel and we give them up as Patriotism?

The dictators can't wait to impose their will on the people. The recent mass mailing to our district courts our local criminal justice system workers makes someone like me ask, "What is your next edict Mr. Hon, no courtroom watchers" ? . . . . . . .

What are people afraid of? Death? Oh that is right, that is EXACTLY the fear that a DA can weild like a dagger over the people. He is the one, after all, who has the potential power to put a needle in your arm or lock you in a cage like a dog for crossing him or ruin your life and force you to wallow in it for his own gain . . . . . . . . . . if he has an evil heart.

An honest DA seeks no more and no less than Truth and Justice.

Marie Antoinette was quoted as saying, "Let them eat cake". My momma always said, "let them eat boogers". She had a great sense of humor and was well read.

My momma died about the same time frame as Lee Hon's. Everybody knows his momma died. Hardly any know mine did too. His died within a few days of me publishing proof that he had requested his mother's mail in ballot be sent to his address. The irony is that I would not have known it was Hon's address during my perusal of the voters roll IF he had not filed the retaliatory charges against me. I struggled with writing that story because I knew it would make his mother the ONLY witness that could put Lee Hon in prison over a falsified ballot her husband said she never asked for. Two days later she was dead. Her husband requested an autopsy but was ignored and she was cremated immediatly.

My mom died right after a bout with pneumonia but her death didn't start there. It was true that as she got old, mom was cautious of the flu and took her flu shot regularly as recommended. I never would. But this particular flu bout started with her being beaten down in her apartment in Cleveland, Texas and left for dead. No arrest, no investigation.

Without an inadvertant unconscious move pulling the alarm rope on the living room wall, no telling how long before the staff would have discovered her plight. That dreaded call from a long time friend on staff telling me my momma had been rushed to the hospital, unconscious, beaten black and blue from head to toe, blood, feces, urine all in the floor and on the walls dried up. My heart sank because I am, after all, just a man. When I got the call that Lee Hon had his minions lined up to arrest me and that I should not to be home that night, I went to mom's knowing even if the whole world hated me, she loved me to no end and would give me safe harbor. I took all precautions being dropped off and even taking the battery out of my phone while I was there. The public record shows that the next day, I arranged my bond and surrendered myself to the constable, was booked in and out of the SJC jail foiling the Polk Co. DA's plan for me in the Polk Co Bed and Breakfast.

The hours that it is suspected the beating of my mother occured, I was with family in Huntsville buying a phone so that the one the search warrant sought a week after my surrender, could be put safely away for the evidence that is on it. Momma called me saying she needed a ride home from the E.R. but when I told her I was in Huntsville she said she would call a friend. We know she made it home. I Thank GOD I was with and had been with family in that direct aftermath of my arrest and the search warrant being served because before I knew it, my half sister was spreading the rumor with photos of mom's injuries all around Cleveland that it was me that had beaten my own momma down. My detractors have contacted my ex and sisters for help in the past. My attorney nipped that nonsense in the bud for her and she shut her trap saying that crap. The cops never called. The staff said the cops never did an investigation or even questioned them.

Momma was in intensive rehab and didn't know who or what had happened the doctor said. My sister was there trying to convince them and my momma that it was me that had done this. The facility forbid me to even come see her saying it was mom's request so I didn't. Being the fighter she is, mom made a slow and painful recovery from that ordeal but was weakened from it. Not long after, she took her flu shot, got the flu then pneumonia and beat that too they said but when she came out of the final rehab several months later, she was on oxygen.

Momma made her choice. A sister would, if given all control, agree to put her in a nursing home in the Austin area and come see her when she could. My only offer for years was to come home and lean on me when you are not strong and I will help you carry on. Truth be known, it was her insurance coverage that ran out is why she was forced to decide that day and then be delivered to our driveway via ambulance with one bottle of oxygen because she was still too weak to move.

She was too weak to talk loud so I put a little crystal bell on her night stand for when she needed to go to the bathroom 5 feet away or wanted some more Blue Bell Vanilla. I was ten feet down the hall sleeping on the couch. After a day or so that short trip to the bathroom was too much for her and the last time the bell rang, she told me, "I am afraid I have soiled myself". We cleaned her up good and went and got some pads, adult diapers and wipes. The bell quit ringing day two. I was sleeping on the couch and every half hour I would go in to check on her and she would have pulled the oxygen tube down past her chin, away from her nostrils. I would gently put it back trying not to hurt her because her poor nostrils were raw and bleeding from the constant rubbing against them.

Thursday evening, as is a favorite event, all three sons, daughter in law, the grandkids, Barb and I met at a mutual restaurant nearby for a meal together. We thanked God for our blessings and celebrated our love for each other and broke bread around a table where the topic was 'Grandma Best' as one of the toddler grand kids once called her unable to say Bess.

When we returned to the house an hour later, mom had passed. We found her in her bed, facing up with her eyes open and hands upraised. Barb, who dealt with her own mothers passing before that remarked how peaceful she looked. I called my JP and told him mom passed and he took it from there. The deputies who responded to our call were great and Neal funeral home took mom's body away with much dignity and respect. That was Thursday night. Monday morning the rehab nurse called to inform us that they had been able to get her approved for Hospice care.

My momma wasn't afraid of physical death. More importantly, she wasn't afraid of LIFE and Thank you Lord that she passed that on to me.

God has a way of purging the populations of earth. He has been at it for awhile. He warns us of consequences of our actions as nations and as individuals quite plainly over and over in His writings.

Even King David, a man after God's own heart was not immune from those consequences stemming from his choices. Should we be?

It is just like the folks who tout 'flood control'. You can influence how water flows and learn how to swim but anyone who thinks there is any such thing as flood control has a problem with self agrandizing or anthropocentrism to the nth degree. We can wash our hands and avoid social contact until we die inside of anti socialism or face the threat, beat it no matter the cost so that we preserve the God given gifts of Liberty and Freedom for our future generations. As the pure tyrants emerge from the wood work, I am glad we have a President willing to say, "Let them eat boogers".

TX OAG ADMITS CORRUPTION, PUBLIC INTEGRITY UNIT PROVES IT

In a long standing effort to expose and deal with corruption within the ranks of the Polk County DA's office, specifically DA Hon and ADA Coleman, by quite a few people in the community, the truth finally surfaces. Despite YEARS of complaints with evidence offered proving crimes committed by Bill Lee 'the kid' Hon and Tommy 'taunt toe' evidence witholding Coleman, the OAG has consistantly ignored the community's effort to seek justice for the crimes committed by these men who are charged with defending the laws and the constitution of our great state.

A group of concerned citizens have been meeting to address the blind eye of the state when it comes to Hon's antics. The group consists of men and women, black, white, hispanic, democrat, republican, independent, inlaw, outlaw and lawman. They all have a common goal and that is that Truth and Justice prevail in Polk County.

A recent press for action against the corrupt DA made to the OAG by one member of the group who is a retired federal agent was met by the claim that, "It is not in Texas law that we (OAG) regulate, enforce or monitor government offices."

The Texas Attorney General is charged in the Texas constitution to defend the laws and the writings within the constitution. Additionally, the Attorney General Texas must represent the state in litigation and approve bond issues present in the public.
